Couldn't say a bad thing about Yella Brick Road. I've only ordered from them a couple of times but I've never had any issues. I returned an item to exchange for something else and it couldn't have been easier to do so. Excellent communication from the team and lovingly packaged every time.

So happy i found you! Beautifully packaged parcel, speedy delivery, I flipping love my new dress and jeans, and I was super excited by the bonus Tootsie Rolls!!!! Will definitely buy from here again, and am already planning a trip down the M1 to the actual shop!

5 stars is not enough for them
5 stars is not enough for them! Their customer service literally goes above and beyond! I realised I accidentally took something out of my basket when ordering and messaged them, and they very fabulously kept it by for me until I next did and order!
It is more that just a shop!!! They are lovely people too!
