The app itself is good, but the verification process and support are terrible. You get verified for a certain amount, and then they decrease the limit and require new verification. It's worse than dealing with a traditional bank. Crypto is supposed to be quick and efficient, but YellowCard is making it a nightmare with constant changes and poor support.

This is a criminal gang and the Nigerian authorities mostly the EFCC should take on this gang as quickly as possible. They are scamming lots of Nigerians and International community of their hard earned money. My ₦155000.00 is still pending till date after making lots of contacts with them.

SCAM company with very doubtful way of operating. First they closed my account arbitrarily with no warning now notification nothing. I had to contact their support to get back access to my account. I get into the account which I had funded with some crypto, and try to use my crypto, but I can't, because they have it on lock asking me to verify I.D. I go ahead and verify I.d over 6 times and evey single time they come up with one reason or another, why my account can not be verified. Sent every document they requested multiple times over, and they keep stalling and have my bitcoins locked in their app with no way to move the funds.

Next up I email them stating I was done with their app and wanted my account closed and my funds returned to me. All of a sudden they go silent. No follow through, nothing whatsoever, meanwhile they have my money locked in their app and provide me no way to use or withdraw my funds.

Stay Away From YellowCard. This Nigerian registered crypto app company is a SCAM. Nigerians always coming up with elaborate scams to con people out of their money.

YellowCard is running crypto for us Africans. An absolute SCAM.

Guys run away from them if you like your money. I made a withdrawal of 72600 naira and they haven't credited me.
I have written to them for more than 23 times and they kept on repeating the same thing over and over again.

Crypto withdrawals are not working 90% of the time. yellowcard doesn't allow me to access my own funds in this manner. This is a recurring comment on social media. Where can I see your proof of funds?

I deposited funds into my Yellow Card account prior to verification. I purchased a coin and I was prompted to verify to continue any other transactions. I completed the verification yet my coins unaccessible to me and depreciated every day. I have been messaging support every day for five days now but nothing has been done. I probably should accept my fate and admit those coins{funds} are gone for good. Kindly avoid this scam app.

I sent some Bitcoin from my Blockchain Bitcoin wallet to my yellowcard Bitcoin wallet since November 3, 2023. The Bitcoin stayed pending since then and got confirmed yesterday February 25, 2024. I opened my yellowcard app but couldn't find my Bitcoin. I've written them over 10 times and they keep saying "we're sorry about the delay in crediting your incoming Bitcoin, we're working on it" it's been over 24hrs the transaction got confirmed and it's been over 24hrs they've been working on it. To me I believe they're scam.

Service provided by support is not effective and efficient. I have made a withdrawal from an external source on Friday 23rd of February 2024 and when funds didnt get credited to my wallet, I contacted the external source and was supplied with the Hash ID of the transaction. Supplied support to assist (meanwhile i checked on tronscan, and it revealled that all went well). It's been 3 days now and support keeps saying that they are investigating the issue.

Constant emails sent to them I get the same response.... today I get a different from their messanger app that my issue is on queue... I mean from Friday and to be told that the issue is on queue.

Please do something to improve your turnaround time

I am giving out 5 stars because i have been using yellow card since 2020 so 4 years now my expérience have been the best though sometimes got delay of withdrawal or deposit but chating support its sort out sometimes i spend like 3 days chatting with support when transaction not completed or still pending but end up being completed, no company is perfect sometimes they may have technical issues so i really recommend yellow card to every one in Africa because with yellow card you can build a better future with crypto currency and i strongly beleived in them i have had a roll over of about a transaction of over $10k USD

After going through hell to verify my account they finally verified my account and I successfully withdrew my balance I want to give kudos to Yellow Card they are legit but very slow in verification I will give them a 5 star because I got my money back to my account

I joined yellow card a month ago and my email stayed for a while without being verified even after many trials. But when I contacted them they dealt with the problem. And also withdrew 2dollars for refferals. But what I may say they are just moderate. Is like their servers are old fashioned. Or whatever they use😅. Almost everything you have to contact them. Please upgrade whatever you use if you want to see a 1M USD transaction in an hour in your system 😅

Guys, DON'T put your money in this app! They are scammers!! Once u put your money, you can't get it out. If you try sending crypto to anyone it will keep showing processing forever..Please run away from them!!

Scammers, I deposited crypto and wanted to withdraw to my mtn momo, it keep failing. I contacted them on FB all they keep saying is they will resolve it. And not I can no longer login to my account. Crypto is gone 😭😭😭. Please theses people are scammers. Run for your life.

A very fantasy with yellow card on crypto business but is my request to developers to add online money transfers like Skrill,airtm,nettler,advcash, perfect money,payeer and more others as we make online business but we fell to communicate them cause of lack of these online wallets
