I have had no issues withdrawing from yellow card for months now

Reviewing from Malawi. Currently pretty much the only usable option we have of this type. It is a great service and to be fair they are constantly working on upgrading it. Their tech team is a marvel sometimes only let down by their customer service team. However the following issues really need urgent attention:
1) Up to 2 whole days just to withdraw your funds even though pretty much every bank has instant transfers available
2) Completely unpredictable (also up to 2 days) just to deposit funds again when all banks have instant transfers. Using this service for anything urgent is currently impossible.
3) The KYC Verification process was an absolute nightmare that took me months and at somepoint both the local office and the online customer service just decided to stop bothering to respond to me.
4) THE BIGGEST ISSUE: I have absolutely no idea how this is a crypto backed funds transfer service. The Forex rates are absolutely horrific. No different to Western Union or all the other legacy companies, the vast majority of what you transfer disappears into thin air. We understand they also need to make money on the forex rate but this isn't it. All the issues Crypto was supposed to solve with regards to cross-border transfers remain completely unsolved which is the biggest disappointment I've had with this service. They had an amazing opportunity to disrupt the greedy legacy companies but seem to have chosen to just join them so we're still where we started, waiting for them to either improve or someone else to come along. The marketing statement "Send money across Africa, for free!" is extremely misleading at best.
5) I understand supply issues in my country will make the price higher than elsewhere to some extent however but cost of buying Bitcoin from them is literally 50% or so higher than the global price which once again puts those of us who have nowhere else to buy it exactly where we started, waiting for improvements or for someone else to come along with a proper solution.

6) Still lacks the ability for us to deposit or withdraw via Mobile Money wallets here in MW

Just receiving and sending Cryptocurrencies works flawlessly but will you really have any to send if you have to buy at these prices?

Other than the above, by far the best solution we have so far which in itself is a worrisome statement. Will update this in future as things hopefully improve.

Withdraw $1020 to my MTN mobile money from Yellowcard and it’s been 3 days and nothing, they keep telling me their technical team is working on getting it running, so frustrating because this is not the first time such a thing is happening to me on Yellowcard. If I receive my funds I’m not using that thing again.

I made a withdrawal on 13 April 2023 around 11am and till now I've not been credited, the funds aren't mine I've been trying to reach them via Gmail dey keep telling me to give the more time...I woke up this morning with my client message and voice note, pls I help me

As for me, I have no problem using the yellow card. Honestly, it has been a helpful and straight-forward app to use. I am beginning to understand trends in trade. Keep it up... Keep it yellow.

These people are total scammers, once you sign up and give them your email they start sending you emails that will fool you into sending them money as adding it to your account and once you send it it's over! They just take it and don't even credit your account! Customer care service do respond but doesn't solve any problems! So please DO NOT use this app in any means, they are scammers and you should definitely delete it in your phone in case you have it installed

KYC is super complicated, after going through reviews here I think I will pass and not load my money into this.
Been trying to verify my account for a whole month. Back and forth uploads fail and errors despite changing network provider and devices several times.

Worst customer service by miles

Fake promises where they tell you that the issue is about to be resolved as soon as possible and it takes at least a week or more

Yellowcard is a complet scam and fruadulent app. Please stay away from this app for your safety mostly if you are hypertensive. This is the worst and frustrating app I have ever had anything to do with.
Withdrawal issues for over 48 hours
Customer care won't respond. They have turned off all chat with customer care. Very fraudulent app. This app should be taken down

I signed up months ago and do my KYC and it says unsuccessful and trying to repeat the process again it says my ID has been linked to another account are you people using people documents to register fake account for your scam activities why are you people scammers

Guys this yellow card are the worst scammers I ever seen. Trust Nigerian criminals when they open a company. Yellow card is the most scamming trading app in Africa. This guys are very smart thieves. Don't download or deposit unless you kiss you money goodbye. Imagine I deposited money and started trading. But boom once my trade started gaining they logged me out of my account both on their app and web. Now if I want to login through the app. They request an otp which they refused to send. If I request otp for password reset. They will send but when I request for otp to login. They will tell me unable to send otp. This have been happening since and there customer service are well trained thieves that won't give you a good reply. Run away from this criminals

How THE **** is Yellow Card still operating?? Or are they being kept in business because their the butt of all jokes to other reputable companies like Paxful?

First, my partner is informed that he's reached his max withdrawal limit of R10 000 for THE DAY after having withdrawn ONLY R1 500.
Now he's left with R1 100 in his Yellow Card account that he'd like to withdraw as well.
But no, these Nigerian poes ****s tell him that he's on tier 1 now and in order to move to tier 2, which has a max withdrawal limit of R100 000 which will probs be maxed out when R2000 is withdrawn. Now in order to level up he must verify his PROOF OF RESIDENCE.
Side note, the EXACT SAME documents were sent to Paxful to verify his account and Paxful VERIFIED him WITHIN MINUTES!
My partner sends follow up emails only to recieve automated emails and THEN, a very nice email stating that it there's any problems with his documents he won't be verified, i.e stop bugging us or we'll keep your money poes.
Now for the true joke.
My partner just got an email that was sent 2 DAYS ago stating that his documents can't be verified because his documents aren't clear and that he should use A BETTER CAMERA???
