Keely really listened to our request

Keely went above and beyond to understand our needs and investigated how Yellowcom could upgrade my internet speeds to allow us to use advanced scanning cloud software at our business.

I recently had an installation from Yellow Com, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The engineer, Fraser Martin, was fantastic—very pleasant and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood how everything worked before he left. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience stress-free. First Class Tech Support for Microsoft 365 log-in issue

The quality of tech support provided by Gabriel makes Yellowcom stand out from other telecommunications providers. A Microsoft 365 log-in issue meant I could not access our business SharePoint site. Gabriel worked late in the evening with me to try to resolve the problem, but without success. The following morning (Saturday) he found the solution, and successfully regained access for me into our site. We are so thankful to have his technical knowledge and commitment to customer service as part of our package.

Site Visit

Site Engineer Fraser Martin visited our office today in Enniskillen to install new system. On arrival Fraser explained everything in detail on what he would be doing today. He got to work immediately and quietly and completed our installation without any disruption to the everyday run of the office. Thank you so much for making the changeover so easy for us.. Well done.
