Great Support

We have been using Yellowcom now for roughly two years and to date there has hardly been a hiccup. When there has been an issue (usually caused by ourselves) then the yellowcom support team have been very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Special shout out should go to Rachel in the support team who has persevered with myimited knowledge to ensure that any issues we have had have been well and truly sorted in very prompt fashion.

Had some problems after a storm

Had some problems after a storm. Natalie was patient and thorough. I had to call several times and she called back a couple of times as well as we tried to discover the problem. Thank you

Fantastic Service

Fraser, Bailey and Gavin are all fantastic guys, they are extremely helpful and professional. Every aspect of the job was complete without much disruption to our working day. We had a few changes to be made after installation and it was completed within an hour of request. The changeover could not have went more smoothly

Patient and helpful

We had Anthony from Yellowcom come out to upgrade our phone system, and I have to say, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything up and running with no fuss. He listened to my concerns which were many and put my mind at ease with his proposal.

What really stood out was how patient and helpful he was—he took all the time we needed to walk us through the new setup and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before he left. It’s not often you get service that’s both efficient and friendly, but this was exactly that.

Highly recommend Yellowcom if you need a phone system upgrade. Great responsive service!

Our experience so far has been good

Our experience so far has been good. From the sales (Victoria) to the Install Engineer (Bailey) and to our Support Engineer (Deaglan) each and every one has been very helpful with the work they have carried out.
The engineer provided training to each individual employee also on the handset and apps installed to ensure we could use them properly.
