First class service from Yellowcom. We had an upgrade which involved both exterior and interior work. Engineer was straight in. Never stopped for a second. Wouldn't even take a cup of tea. We have been using Yellowcom now for roughly two years and to date there has hardly been a hiccup. When there has been an issue (usually caused by ourselves) then the yellowcom support team have been very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Special shout out should go to Rachel in the support team who has persevered with myimited knowledge to ensure that any issues we have had have been well and truly sorted in very prompt fashion.
