We had a new ext. added to one of our offices and I could not see this on the portal. I had previously queried the ext. number as couldn't location it on the portal. We contacted Yellowcom late in the afternoon and were handled by Cliodhna Kennedy who was very friendly and efficient. We expressed that we were a start up and urgently needed a number for our branding material. She immediately set up a late appointment with Patrick Bolton who set us up quickly and easily and we had our number in a couple of days. We dealt with Kyle Ferreira for onboarding and we were very happy with the service. All staff were a pleasure to deal which is a quality we prize very highly. Great Customer Care
Have had a few issues in service which were logged and Michael Robinson was straight on the case and did not leave a stone unturned until it was fixed and we were happy with the service being 100%. he is great for call backs could be a day or a wk down the line after to make sure still no issues and all is good. he is a very dedicated worker and a credit to the team in Yellowcom

quick service
I had contacted yellowcom and Michael had rang me back. We went over the issueon the phone but it couldn't be solved. This was Tuesday afternoon, late. he told me he would try to get someone out to me asap. He rang me first thing Wednesday morning to say that an engineer would be out within a couple of hours. A young lad called Bailey came out within the two hours and was able to get the issue sorted as it was quite tricky. I appreciated the urgent call out and both guys were great to deal with.
