Peter Millen called to check in on us to ensure our phone and broadband service is what it should be and it is. Nice to get a call when many other service providers wouldn't think of doing so.

Have had a few issues in service which were logged and Michael Robinson was straight on the case and did not leave a stone unturned until it was fixed and we were happy with the service being 100%. he is great for call backs could be a day or a wk down the line after to make sure still no issues and all is good. he is a very dedicated worker and a credit to the team in Yellowcom

I had contacted yellowcom and Michael had rang me back. We went over the issueon the phone but it couldn't be solved. This was Tuesday afternoon, late. he told me he would try to get someone out to me asap. He rang me first thing Wednesday morning to say that an engineer would be out within a couple of hours. A young lad called Bailey came out within the two hours and was able to get the issue sorted as it was quite tricky. I appreciated the urgent call out and both guys were great to deal with.

Paul is the best person I’ve ever met, he was in charge of our group and was a wonderful host

Every time I work with this company, I get fantastic service. Siobhan from the billing team could not have been more helpful. She talked me through all the items I didn't understand, and I came off the call with all my issues sorted. The problems were with my understanding (we are just new to the system), not issues with the company, which I have found to be fantastic from the very beginning. They are a total pleasure to deal with.
