Excellent customer service throughout, from quotation to surveying and fitting. YES offered excellent suggestions and honest advice. I had double glazed PVC installed throughout my home and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.

Aluminium bi- fold doors
Love the doors, were installed 5 years ago and still look great. Had trouble opening one last year but YES came out and repaired the faulty part very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Supplied and fitted an 8 metre wide set of floor to ceiling patio doors.Excellent pre-sales advice. Good products. Their surveyor worked with my building contractor to ensure everything came together. Fitters were competent and clean workers. One part was supplied wrong by the manufacturer and YES made certain it was corrected to my satisfaction.

The installation was poor, the white dividers we not put on very well and the glue used is still on the outside of the Windows.

Needed a few visits to complete installation. Silicone work was messy and needed to be redone and trickle vents broke shortly after installation. Customer service was however good and genuinely apologetic about issues that we experienced.

Awful experience using this company
Awful experience using this company. Fitted internal doors for us incorrectly, hacked through our oak wooden floors in the process causing terrible damage and used wrong finishing products. It took approx 6 months for them to rectify damages also. I would not use or recommend them to anyone.
