Yes Hearing Reviews 

I do not write reviews often how ever I wanted to let consumers know that they are very poor in service and refund of the money under the warranty period.
They charged the credit card even though we did not keep the hearing aids and returned to the audiologist
because of fitting and sound issue.
Do not give them Visa card because Visa will ask you to fill out several pages to dispute the charges.

I tried several hearing aid providers with very little success. Nearly all only offered a “fitter” service until i contacted “Yes Hearing”. They were very pleasant and helpful. They promptly sent me the aids of my choice and connected me to a license audiologist who worked tirelessly adjusting the aids to meet my personal needs. The result is near perfect audio quality. In addition, there price for premium aids was the lowest.

I purchased the Phonak Waterproof Digital Bluetooth hearing aids. Since I had Phonak in the past, I expected a good product. Thus far, I am not disappointed. This company has thus far provided me with excellent service and availability to answer questions. The audiologists came to my home and did the hearing test. The audiologists also did the hearing aid fittings. At first, when I was told that the testing would be done in my home, I was skeptical about the accuracy of such a test performed in my home and not in a "sound-proof" room. The result was very, very good. How do I know this? I know this because I had had two hearing tests done within a month of the one done in my home. The results were the same. The only problem I had at first was with the app. The company had changed the app without any notice. The hearing aids would not connect using the new app. I notified YES HEARING and was given a Phonax customer service number. At Phonax, the representative walked me through the connecting process. I have not experienced any problems since.

I got my hearing aids from Yes Hearing and I would definitely recommend this company. This was the first time I bought a set of hearing aids even though I have a hearing loss since birth; what I really liked about this company was the fact that they care about the patients. They were very supportive with me, the quality of their products is really good, the prices are lower compared to other companies and the costumer service is amazing. They will respond any inquire in less than 48 hours and and you will feel that you really care them, they are great doing this.

I was hesitant to use an online hearing aid company but Yes Hearing has been great! My experience with Yes Hearing has been very professional, and my mother is happy with her hearing aids.

My wife has had a asymmetric hearing loss since childhood due to inner ear infections. The last year her hearing loss has worsened and hearing aids provided by local audiologists have not helped very much. In fact, we actually returned the hearing aids because of our disatifaction with them. We are pleased to say that her hearing has improved significantly since we purchased the Oticon Cros hearing aids from YesHearing. My wife and I would like to thank the YesHearing team and Dr.Wahl for doing an excellent job restoring my wife's ability to hear once again. We are so grateful to have discovered your company!!!!!

I I am very happy and very impressed with the service I have received from yes. The people that I have dealt with could not have been any nicer. They are very professional and has helped me through this process. I first went to a hearing aid store to purchase hearing aids but the price was too high for me. I then looked into yes hearing and could not believe how much lower the price was for the same exact hearing aids .purchased the hearing aids from yes at that moment . Very happy with the product and the service yes hearing provided . I highly recommend them.

Every person I have dealt with this far has been knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I received my hearing aids as promised and I’m very pleased with the results.

My experience with YES Hearing has been extremely negative. I paid $4050 over a month ago and have not received my hearing aids for a fitting. When i try to get in touch with the sales people, they do not call back. I have lost confidence that my needs will be met in fitting and adjusting the hearing aids i ordered. I am calling my credit card for a refund.

Yes is an excellent company that is timely and has extremely good follow though in service and knowledge of the products which are hearing aids. They fitting of the hearing aids and programming is done by professionals who again are knowledgeable and make it all work to your particular needs. a real jewel and pricing is the best!!

The people at Yes Hearing with whom I interacted were amazingly helpful and friendly. I am pleased with the product and it seems as if customer service goes above and beyond.

I neede3d new hearing aids and found Yes Hearing searching online. I called and they set me up with the hearing aids I wanted. It took a while but finally they got someone to come out to my house as they promised. However, this person was 2 hrs away and took a while to set up an appointment. they did an onsite hearing test and set up my hearing aids. He was supposed to come back and follow up but I ended up having to call to get a response for my follow up appt. I got hearing aids made by Phonak. These are great as they are wireless charging no batteries and I have an app to use for them on my phone

Update 2: going through Care credit, aka Synchrony Bank has been a nightmare! Was supposed to have rec'd a credit for amount paid to date, and still have not

STAY AWAY from YES and CARE CREDIT - I'm furious at how they treated and scammed my mother

Update: YES Hearing now wants me to respond to my negative review - sorry, I've wasted ENOUGH time with this small potatoes start up and finally got our money back - BUYER BEWARE

Lousy service, substandard support and low rate audiologists. I purchased these for my elderly mother because "YES Heating" was a more cost effective dealer than local establishments. 6 months later, the aids still did not function as advertised and upon sending them back, no refund was issued, although after time and trial, we had the "45 day no hassle return policy"
I was forced to file a dispute with Care credit and then YES rep Melissa informed me they could not issue a refund because a dispute was filed.
This is a small time, fly by night start up company, who is quick to take your order and then issues substandard service after that. Buyer beware, as we still haven't received our money back. Sham operation if you ask me

Price great! Delivery poor. Service poor. Ended up paying for another service provider to finish up and maintain. They really tried and were very accommodating just missed.

I discovered Yes Hearing online when I was researching the Styletto X hearing aid that sounded promising. When I called a telephone number that was listed, I spoke to a very knowledgeable man who gave me all the information that I needed to peak my interest and keep me searching. I contacted Yes Hearing and was ecstatic over the promptness of responses, replies, and personalities of the employees that I spoke with on the phone. All my questions were answered professionally, pleasantly and cordially, and the end result was that I purchased the Styletto X over the phone. A provider (licensed hearing aid specialist) came to my house and fitted me with the hearing aid.....it is an incredible piece of technology! I have greater than 60% hearing loss, and was amazed at the new hearing that I was experiencing with the Styletto! The many varied settings allow me to select the tone/volume of hearing that is appropriate for the environment - especially noisy backgrounds and television. AMAZING!! Response to request for repair: Yes Hearing acted promptly to my request for a repair of battery that was not holding a charge. Hearing aid was returned overnight to Yes Hearing, repaired, and returned to me overnight, taking about a week. I would not hesitate to purchase another hearing aid from Yes Hearing.

It's hard to believe the difference in my quality of life since I received my hearing aids from Yes Hearing. For several years I had been encouraged to get hearing aids and frankly, the price was always what held me back. Then I found Yes Hearing. Do yourselves a favor - contact them; they will help you in a very professional, and non-sales way, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the affordable options available. I was astonished and delighted to be able to receive top of the line hearing aids that have made such a world of difference for me and I would recommend Yes Hearing to everyone. Their communication and follow-up is second to none, their business model is obviously one of caring for the customer - and it shows.
