Warrenty
I was unable to receive the same replacement product because it was no longer available, which I understood. The company did offer an alternative, but unfortunately that replacement arrived broken there was something loose rattling inside the cup. I had to contact customer service again and go through the entire replacement process a second time. When the second replacement finally arrived yesterday, it was the wrong colour. Overall, the repeated issues and time spent resolving them were frustrating.
