Always great service. Any delays on deliveries are always reported in advance, any problems with anything on the order, all sorted as soon as possible.

Excellent Customer Service

Our query was resolved in a satisfactory manner ! Dan, was apologetic regarding the issue, he dealt with the issue quickly and was knowledgeable and understanding.

Exceptional service

Brilliant customer service from start to finish and the delivery promise exceeded my best expectations.
Carrie worked through my enquiry and helped the entire process to run smoothly to an order in little over 10 minutes. Great stuff.

Absolutly amazing customer service from…

Absolutly amazing customer service from both Carrie and Brian! Always there to answer questions and help with any issues/queries I have. I hate answer the phone but when I know it's either of them it makes my day, always very happy, chatty and informative.

on an order two blinds were damaged

on an order two blinds were damaged, you made the replacements wrong size. then you charged full price for remakes when you said you wouldn't. Then on another order a blind was made wrong size

I can see the blinds that were reported damaged had been delivered 4 months prior to being flagged, so this was quite some time outside of our timeframes to report damaged deliveries. I can see my Team did try to help on this by requesting the replacements had a 50% discount as a gesture of good will. I can't see they were charged full price as suggested here but they do appear to have gone through at a 25% discount, rather than a 50% discount as we suggested, so we'll get that rectified for you immediately to reflect 50%.

For the orders that have recently been made and typed at the wrong sizes, we're very sorry for these errors and have discussed the importance of getting orders right first time with our Processing Team. We will always look to rectify these by replacing the items FOC as soon as we possibly can, which is often next day whenever possible. If you do have any further concerns or issues, or you wish to discuss this in any more detail, please don't hesitate to email us at customercare@yewdale.co.uk

Carrie was amazing

Carrie was amazing. We initially had a whole school refit off a contractor, Northgate blinds, who were fabulous and a couple of mechanisms failed later down the line. Northgate took on the request to source the failed part and through communication with Yewdale, managed to get the parts sourced and sending out. Great experience with both companies and highly recommend. A big thankyou to Paul at Northgate and Carrie at Yewdale for their great service.
