I yesterday had to leave my Bike Frame in the Costa Mesa Specialized store, because one person that it is in charge of the whole store was busy, well I just needed to loose a nut from the frame, I went back today to pick it up and they came up with the ridiculous number of $50 dollars for getting the nut loose and when I asked why they wanted to charge me that much they said because they have the tools even if that work took them less that a minute to do it, so I was soo upset about it and I felt like I got robed today...
DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE PLEASE.

"I recently visited Taco Dia in Newtown CT extremely disappointing experience. Upon arriving, the host gave me several dirty looks and treated me with a complete lack of courtesy. I was made to feel unwelcome, and this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable for anyone working in hospitality. To make matters worse, the restaurant manager was seen mocking a customer with a disability, which was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting. It’s concerning that both the host and manager displayed such rude behavior. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of their abilities. I strongly suggest that Taco Dia provide sensitivity training for their staff and focus on improving their customer service. This experience was a real letdown, and I won’t be returning unless I see significant improvements in the way staff treats guests."

I bought two pairs of shoes for my husband. I waited a long time before my order arrived. The shock when I received my order was that they were the worst pair of shoes I had ever bought. I thought about reordering, but I heard about someone’s experience that was also bad when he returned his own order and did not get his money back. I do not recommend buying from this store. Company has gone into liquidation, claiming the reasons are a fallout from FTX, when previously claiming this would not affect them.

They suddenly cut access to accounts and it is going into liquidation!?! Out of the blue, we have to wait and see if we can get our funds back. Awfull experience.

I have been using Yield App since it launched and have been reporting on their service and using them since then. I have had nothing short of excellent customer service and no issues whatsoever on paying in out paying out and receiving my accumulated yields . Big fan of these guys !!

I’ve held funds with Yield App for years now, initially as a diversification option between the different crypto-yield-generating platforms, but now as my only yield-generating platform.

I have experience with its previous competitors and I was burned by some of them because I let greed get the better of me and I let myself be persuaded by sweet-talking CEO’s who abandoned their stated values when the going got tough.

In my experience, Yield App is cut from a different cloth than these other platforms. I personally had conversations with several of the key people: Tim, the CEO, isn’t some flashy sales guy promising the world. Lucas, the portfolio manager, isn’t some trader guy willing to compromise on his risk limits when the market screams for it. Pete, the relationship manager isn’t some slimy fake people-pleaser.
Instead, the company is filled with people of integrity that won’t compromise on their values.

When I had trouble getting funds out of other companies in the crypto-yield space, Yield App gave me no such trouble, despite a true bankrun happening and it seemed like the crypto world was on fire.

Yield App isn’t trying to grow to the stratosphere at any cost, and it shows. They’re quietly doing the work while improving their offerings consistently.

I hold most of my crypto in cold-storage, but I’m happy to hold a part with Yield App to generate some yield as they have proven themselves capable of doing it with minimal risk.

My honest review:

-- 10/10 service with 24/7 helpful support.
-- Focus on safe yield strategies, the company does NO lending of any kind. (Looking at you Celsius). They are not afraid to adjust yield rates (up or down) depending on market conditions. This is a good thing for funds safety.
-- Great (optional) safety features such as whitelisting, 2FA, auto-logout, etc. KYC is also strict in a good way, but at same time hassle-free, as team is knowledgeable and always there to help.
-- Withdrawals are usually done within 10m, big withdrawals may go through manual verification for safety purposes, this is very good safety feature for me.
-- Active Telegram with team members, both positive and negative sentiment is allowed. Team does not remove you for voicing your opinions. This is a big positive for freedom of expression. Team members also are constantly doing community AMAs, answering tough community questions. Sometimes as often as every week or two.
-- Great transaction history exports feature for tax purposes. Great Koinly support. 1-click .csv imports.
-- Always building and improving, adding new features, often based on community feedback.
-- 3 free withdrawals per month and top yield rates with very cheap diamond (max) tier.
-- Ability to earn passive income on most assets without a lock-up. There are also 30-day and 1-year lock-ups for higher APY.
-- Amazing fiat on and off ramps, cheaper than most, if not all, competitors. In-app swap rates are also VERY competitive.
-- User interface on website is 7/10. Could use a lot of improvement visually, and a lot of improvement in terms of occasional bugs. I am certain Y.A. team will take care of this asap.
-- Phone app can use a lot of work visually.
-- Lack of overall long-term account portfolio performance chart is unfortunate. I truly hope Y.A. team improves in this regard.

My story:

While all the other companies were going out of business (Celsius), Yield App team assured everyone constantly that funds are safe. Many people took their funds out out of fear, and that did not affect the company whatsoever. They withstood the pressure of bear market, and kept building. Always reassuring their community in Telegram by having honest discussions. Their support is also 24/7, always helpful, always welcoming to a 1-on-1 call.

But don't trust me, do your own due diligence, join the Telegram channel and ask any questions on your mind. Yield App team will always answer, no matter how difficult the question.
