I have been using Yield App since 2021
I have been using Yield App since 2021, and I must say, their support team is exceptionally professional and responsive, available 24/7. I consistently received my daily yield, even amidst the turbulent events of 2022. Additionally, the process for ramping on and off in EUROS is impressively smooth and swift. The swap feature is particularly amazing, handling even large transactions with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend Yield App to all my friends.

We have conducted an investigation both internally as well as with our banking partner. The issue is not at our end. Both our support team and myself personally, have reached out to you to advise you to contact your bank. Please see the instructions in the email and if you have any questions you can respond to myself or to support.
At the same time, we always leave a case such as this open until the client has had their funds returned from their bank, regardless of it being out of our hands.
In some countries, banks can be a little slow to respond. At Yield App, we are available 24/7 via email, live chat on our website, or on Telegram, and always happy to have a video call, to help in any way we can.

Sound advice and so far I give them trust.
The thing that makes me anxious is that they are based in the Seychelles, while I understand the tax benefits are useful, I don't know if the organisation is as accountable compared to a London based company. I don't know the answer.
I like the owners, I like the organisation, I like their angle. But I also really liked Do Kwan and SBF, hence I have little trust in my judgement.
Regulations legal accountability is where my trust is largest, if they commit fraud or something happens, will they be accountable to the full extent of the law? And which law, in which country?

Over the last two years, we have witnessed a large shift in oversight and regulation of the digital asset space. Whilst we are moving closer to harmonisation of rules across different geographies, MiCA for example, the legislative frameworks are still evolving.
Since the very first day of Yield Apps launch, we have always adopted global best practises with regards to compliance and regulation, this included employing a highly skilled team of compliance professionals, mandating robust KYC onboarding and AML procedures when this was uncommon in market, coupled with transaction monitoring (on-chain analysis), sanctions and SARs reporting and implementation of various anti-fraud and security policies and procedures put in place to protect the business and the customers.
We are presently registered with the OAM in Italy as a virtual asset service provider, this will migrate to MiCA along with the other European states towards the end of December 2024.
In order to deliver the products we offer, including Fiat rails, Swaps, Yield pro and the various Earn products, we have a number of different entities across the Group that provide different aspects of the services whereby each one is compliant in doing so and where required, regulated and/or licensed.
As we move forward, we will add additional licenses globally to allow us to continue to provide the best-in-class service our customers have come to expect.
With respect to accountability, the management of yield App are all public figures, and we work with leading counsel globally, (Simmons & Simmons, Brown Rudnick, Maples etc.) to create the relevant corporate structures on advice and publication of our T&C’s alongside other agreements.
Any new licensing will be updated to the community via our newsletters, public notices and via the website or platform.

Just the most friendly and helpful customer support ever. I encountered an issue with my IBAN details and they went above and beyond to assist me, even pushing an app update just for that.
When they resolved my issue, they generously offered me 1000 YLD as compensation!

Had a good experience with Yield App going through KYC, depositing funds (fiat and crypto), swapping and staking / locking YLD. Ran into a small bug with the fiat deposit that was quickly resolved by the support team. You can either use the desktop webapp or the mobile app which is nice.
It wasn't immediately evident to me that you need to first stake YLD to be able to lock it afterwards, perhaps the UI could be improved to make this more obvious.

Very solid and safe app with a great customer service
I have used the yield.app for about a year. In my opinion they are worth clients trust. They went positively through the difficult period of time for the crypto market and they did it much better than other companies.
During the year I contacted couple of times with customer service with some question and requests. They have been always very helpful and I received a solution very fast.

there is good and bad stuff
- the desktop client is designed well and is easy to use;
- depositing is easy;
- the yields they pay are quite high, wondering if the risk/reward ratio is in place. i'd like to see more transparency in terms of how the yield is made. perhaps on-chain wallets belonging to yield.app can be shown;
- i felt a bit like my money was trapped as i couldn't withdraw before verifying my account;
- very disappointed that the withdrawal fee is 10 usdt, felt robbed. the way i use these apps is i make a test deposit and withdrawal and then decide if i continue to use it in the future. having a negative emotion like this doesn't help;
