Alan has been a great help in breaking down the process of applying for our mortgage and all the extras like insurances. As first time buyers he kept things digestible and easy to understand. He set up a WhatsApp so we could reach out with any questions along the way. We are so glad we went with an independent company so we got a more personal service.

Patrick provided exceptional customer service and expert advice when obtaining a mortgage for our new home. Didn't just give us the first offer available and tried to get me the best deal. Patrick was very reassuring and informative throughout the whole process despite me hounding him at all hours!!. An absolute credit to his company and clearly knows his stuff. Hopefully won't need to, but I'd use Patrick again as our mortgage broker without any hesitation.
