I honestly couldn't thank Alan and Patrick enough. It was mine and my boyfriends first time buying and we were so lost. I had an unusual circumstance that I thought would prevent me from getting a morgatge for a few years, but they were excellent. We got a DIP that same afternoon after having spoken to Alan.
