We came into the market as very new to the whole UK mortgage system and it all seemed very daunting. However, Alan was very patient and helpful by answering all our questions and providing all the clarifications needed. He was very honest and thorough guiding us and providing realistic expectations and deadlines which he exceeded again and again.

What a service we received from start to finish.
