No Way to Contact a Real Person

Wanted to place a bulk order for our Cub Scout pack. This takes you to a special program page where you can load a cart but cannot place an order. It simply sends a request to order to their customer service but nobody will contact you. I’ve called every day for the last 2 weeks and nobody picks up. The voicemail box for customer service is full so I can’t even leave a message. I’ve tried reaching out on social media, and through the website but nobody seems to respond.

Customer support does not respond

I ordered a "Windrunner". The yoyo never arrives, 3 months passes by and the tracking number expires.
Then I sent info(a)yo-yo.com a ticket to figure out what is taking them so long, and they responded quickly at first, but when I gave the tracking number for the order, they just stopped responding.
I even sent a new ticket with all the information needed 1 week ago. And they haven't responded to that one either.
