Convenient app, but with little nuances

This is my first time using a workout app, and it’s been a great start for building a small habit that could lead to big results. It really feels like I have a friend exercising with me. The instructions are easy to follow, which helps me stay consistent every day. One suggestion: it would be helpful to have more camera angles like front and side views to better follow the posture.

This app is definitely not a scam

This app is definitely not a scam

I was a bit hesitant about entering my card info, but everything worked as promised — I got the 7-day free trial, and then the yearly subscription (around $20) was charged afterward, which is totally fair for a full year.

I specifically chose it for the chair exercises, which is exactly what I needed. I started with the beginner level and do the 6–7 minute sessions 2 to 4 times daily during my breaks while working from home. I'm now heading into my third month, still sticking with beginner chair workouts because it fits my pace. Month 2 was more challenging than Month 1, which shows the app understands the need for variety and gradual progress.
