This was my first time ordering from Yolissa Hair. I have been through a couple of wig companies prior to coming to them. Wiggins and Tinashe Hair are the best companies I have ordered wigs from, so Yolissa Hair definitely had a name to hold up to and definitely rose to that occasion. I purchased their 613, 13x6 HD Lace, 250% Density unit and the lace is very thin. Before I installed my unit, it was already looking like scalp. I had to do no plucking whatsoever because the knots were small and the lace being so thin, the strands look like my real hair.

The density of the unit is also accurate. I have a bigger head and so I need fuller hair; this was my first time purchasing a straight also. The hair does not come silly straight and I actually like that. If you look at their 613 unit closely, particularly the texture of the strands, they appear coarse and like it has a kink to it, almost. It resembles a light yaki when blowdried (in my opinion), which I think look very flattering. I am not sure if that was from the bleaching of a dark unit or simply how the strands were collected. Either way, I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Their information was honest and accurate, as well as affordable.

Only con is that the wig is a slightly bulky right on the top points of where the frontal meets the tracks, specifically the corner ear areas. It is not big head friendly but you can definitely finesse your unit, if you have experience working with smaller units. I will always come here for 613 hair now.

I love this company! I’m a very satisfied customer..Ive ordered two wigs from them and loved them both! The texture of the hair is so soft and colors are so nice i ordered a ash blonde and a blonde with brown highlights. I would highly recommend their hair/wigs.

Love the hair! It’s beautiful, soft, nicely colored, and it came curled so beautifully. The communication was smooth and they contact to make sure the info given is correct, and if you are pleased with your order. Shipping was very fast to say it came from overseas. I definitely recommend.

I got a 5x5 HD lace body wave highlight wig. It was neatly packaged & the hair and lace is very good quality. The curls are so nice & bouncy. I love my wig. Shipping was also very fast & customer service was great despite the time difference. They assured me my packed would arrive before my vacation and it did!

I'm extremely disappointed with the hair company, Yolissa. I ordered a 'wear-to-go wig on February 17th and regretted it. I truly believe they sent me the wrong wig. The wig received looks nothing like the one ordered. I reached out to the company via email, and they refused to make it right. All they did was ask me the same question over and over. I guess once they have the money, that's it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOLISSA AGAIN!!! I didn't want the money back at first. I just wanted them to resolve the issue now, I WANT MY $240 BACK!!!

I got the body wave HD undetectable lace wig: 13x4 200% density, HD lace, 22’ inches. I love it, great packaging and delivery. The hair came really soft and silky at it’s true length. The installation was really easy as the lace was undetectable as described!!!!!!
Customer service was exceptional. They communicated with me before I made my purchase and after I did insuring everything was well.

The hair is very soft , the lace is thin Easy to melt ,The color looks exactly like the picture , I would be purchasing again soon .

Hair is soft like butter true to length super beautiful the lace is see through and blends with any skin im darkskin and it melts right on me and blends. shipping was fast and the seller helped me through the whole process of switching my order when I had ordered the wrong thing super fast replying. This isn’t surprising to me because I always order from them and always get the best result. If you have any doubts about ordering… don’t I’d rate above a 5 if I could ! Love love their hair !

Great customer service! They always kept you updated all the way via email. And the hair is absolutely gorgeous it’s nice and soft. Lace a little bit thick but overall lovely hair. Will definitely be ordering from them again
