Iordered a ring each for my 3…

I ordered a ring each for my 3 daughters for Christmas, they arrived quite a while after Christmas, 2 of the rings have snapped, I requested a refund when it happened to the first one which I was promised would be sent, not received, now the second one has snapped and I’ve requested a full refund, I have had no response 😤

Disappointing customer service

I purchased a ring for my daughter who has recently gone through a miscarriage.Initially pleased but then a stone came put. Tried repeatedly to message but surprise surprise no reply. Would not recommend to buy from this company

I hv never received my item form this company. Martin Cardelli keeps telling me delays are due to Covid. It m came all the way for china and has been stuck in slough (allegedly) for weeks now. No refund as of today.

Very poor

Very poor. I got my rings but wanted to return them. I cannot get Yoogra to provide me with a return address. The rings were £89 in total and I want my refund. I haven’t returned rings yet and reading the comments on here. I am not sure it’s safe to as it doesn’t look like people get refund even when they do return them!!! This company should be struck off!!!

Item arrived quickly BUT quality poor!

After purchase I received no confirmation nor tracking details and was a little worried BUT the item did arrive within 12 business days. Unfortunately the quality was really bad, the gift box equally so! I've contacted them to start a return, but based on the below reviews looks like this will be a slow and probably costly process!
I'd love to be able to update my review once the refund has been processed, so watch this space!

Just stay clear of this company. SCAM

Just stay clear of this company or man , Martin Cardilli.

This is a big scam, they advertise jewellery, which is rubbish, very poor metal and Quality, As they are advertising around Xmas , I wouldn’t put this crap in my Poundland crackers !

They said they would totally refund my money after sending the items back to China , where they are based , i have not heard nothing back for weeks, to my emails I have sent, just gone ! Moved to another scam.
Gone has my £83, never again, PLEASE KEEP AWAY 😱

I returned rubbish looking necklaces which cost me £17 to return. I’m still waiting on my refund. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t Even give them one star.

Please do NOT buy from this website

Please do NOT buy from this website. I purchased a coat £80 which took over 6weeks to arrive. Sent me the complete wrong size to what I ordered! Had to return it at my own cost £27! I returned with royalmail track and signed they received it and never refunded my money. Never answered emails! Please avoid
