Extremely bad experience!!!

I am SEOer currently using Yootheme builder for my company.

In over 5 years of working in SEO, I have built websites using many different builders (Elementor, UX builder, WP bakery, etc.). But honestly, Yootheme is truly a terrible builder, especially for someone like me who specializes in SEO rather than web development/programming.

Here are some extremely bad experiences I've had over the past year using this builder:

• Customizing elements and sections with the available options in the builder is very complicated and confusing.

• The builder's loading speed is unstable. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow.

• It automatically saves changes after just a few milliseconds, even before I'm done editing. For example, if I'm typing and pause for a moment, the builder will auto-save very quickly, and I have to click back into the text to continue typing. This is a minor issue but becomes extremely annoying when using it continuously over a long period.

• Dragging and dropping elements feels very uncomfortable and not smooth.

• The way it saves changes is quite stupid, something I've never encountered in any other builder.

And there are many other bad experiences that I can't even name right now.

Yootheme's support team has been nothing short of exceptional. They've always been quick to respond to my queries and provide clear, actionable solutions. Highly recommended!

There wasn't any support at all. They told us a simple question was outside the realm of their support. Useless! Well I suppose it's slightly better than the question just being ignored and not answered which is their standard support policy.

The support team has been very responsive and super helpful. I was having a lot of difficulty in the beginning setting up the template BUT, as it turns out, it was a hosting issues. Once I switched to one of their recommended partners, I accomplished in six hours what it had taken me four days to do elsewhere.

Super fast technical support on a Sunday afternoon. I don't know any other company who would do that!

my first time using wordpress and woocommerce, I wanted to use yootheme because I love their style: everything works perfectly, the most important thing is the professionalism and speed of assistance. in particular michael followed me in 3/4 assistance posts and I always solved well and quickly!

I'm always unsure what you need to know about "uikit" and the Yootheme "Builder" yourself before asking for help. On the surface it's easy to get very nice results, but in detail,... it has gained a lot of features throughout the years, that became complicated, and I frequently have questions about basics. When Michael answers the question, you can be sure that he has spent time to bring in his big big knowledge and solved your problem in an elegant way.
