I really like working with the YooTheme templates and am hoping that they will release a theme for life coaches as this is what I build the most.

However I had an issue recently with a Mailerlite form. I posted the question to their support and got an immediate response saying they could help which I was delighted with. However after exchanging a couple of emails they stopped answering my messages.

Very frustrating as it was the last thing I needed before launching a site. Thankfully someone else I know suggested I put the question in to ChatGPT which resolved the issue within 15 minutes!

I posted this on the support site and then someone came back completing ignoring this message but giving me other solutions to try.

And now an email saying they are happy that I 'accepted the answer'.

I didn't. You did nothing. ChatGPT did the work for me. Just weird.

I had a problem with the title of the site's home page.
I contacted Yootheme's help desk, which helped me within minutes, even though it wasn't a problem caused by their product.
And even so, they gave clear and very useful instructions to overcome the issue.

Support is really fast and helpfull.
It’s also easy to get in contact with them.
The times I needed them they always solved my ‘problem’ or pointed me in the right direction to solve it.
Would be great if every support desk acted like they do.

The support was swift, correct, and to the point. This is in line with my previous experience.

The assistance I received from Yootheme support helped me a lot especially for the installation of the theme (which was not easy to understand for a novice like me).

I have been using yootheme for 5 years now and I must say that I am very happy with it! Definitely easy to use and the possibility to customise site layouts a lot, I've only had to ask for support in the forum and I must say that they are effective and fast! For the rest, the documentation, the videos, and precisely the support in the community forum are of great value and help you to overcome those little blocks! Well done, excellent work!

Responses from Support are pretty fast and they will go the extra mile and go onto your site to help sort a problem. My only issue is that it's really very hard to find your way around the support part of the site, and it tries to drive you towards the forum - and I don't find that helpful at all.

My support request was swiftly and competently processed and replied, so that the issue has could been quickly resolved. Always great support!

Found a little bug, reported it got a quick response and after a few days an update came, I call that support, thanks!

Zoo is good, but without further development its beginning to be no good, and though support is their, its not the best, I mean yes they answer the question but more often than not the answer is a simple NO, which isnt to my mind support at all.
