I ordered gift vouchers online but couldn't see how to order for the amount I wanted, or how to personalise (due to my haste). I was delighted when someone called me to ask if I'd like one voucher and if I'd like it personalised.
The gift voucher was of really high quality and arrived the next day!

The proprietor was quick to respond to a question I had regarding the item. They did so with accurate and helpful information. The item (a vintage Pentax lens) arrived as described and promptly. I tested it as it is a Christmas present from my wife and then when I was happy passed it to her to wrap. Can't wait for Christmas now! Many thanks!

I bought an EOS R7 and wanted the RF adapter which was out of stock. Was advised that it would be due in later that week and requested delivery of both together. Both received as promised. Good price for camera.

Not had lots of time to explore my new camera yet but I love the first uses, I can also give 5 starts to the customer service and promptness of my delivery too.

This shop is one I cannot pass by, with the wonderful range of camera stuff - old and new - in its windows!
Having a problem with my camera I called today for advice. The young male assistant's demeanour was excellent - no pushy salesmanship, just a genuine desire to help. He listened to what I said, asked the right questions, and quickly diagnosed a faulty battery.When I happily bought a new battery from them, he fitted it in the camera - confirming the diagnosis - job done.
It was just so nice to deal with a shop giving proper customer service, not pushy but knowledgeable staff!

York Cameras in my opinion and experience have a fast system in place to handle their sales and delivery which results in next-day delivery. If you live like me in N Ireland that is the exception, and many retailers will not even supply goods. So, thanks to York Cameras I have a camera exactly as described and delivered as fast as possible Top Marks
