Great products, love the conditioner bar and would buy again, but prohibitively expensive shipping. I'm not going to purchase something when the shipping is the same price as what I'm buying. Also the travel tin I bought for the shampoo bar doesn't actually fit the product inside.

The hand sanitiser is great, can smell it an hour later and keeps hand soft.

Really nice soap with genuine scents. Skin is left feeling soft and no nasty chemical smells

In the shop in York me and my girlfriend were enchanted by the decor. Such a delightful store. Upon pressing a key on the piano a male member of staff (so sorry forgot his name) came over and encouraged us to play. He then played for us and sung us a song... A literal song on the spot about love.

The man who works in the York store used to live in Bedford but I have completely forgot his name. He seriously deserves recognition as I have never seen this before and this man was amazing.

I bought what I thought would be a lovely bag of Christmas bath bombs for my son. We were very disappointed to open the Christmas Sack and find they looked nothing like the lovely bath bombs on the label. Much more cheap looking and ametuer. Really disappointing.

What a lovely shop in Leeds the staff were so helpful especially Catherine T who served me. I live in Devon and the only shop like this is Lush in Exeter please Yorkshire Soap Company open one down in the South West.

On 23/08/2021 I visited the shop in the Piece Hall in Halifax. What an absolute delight! Not only are the products so beautifully presented, but the staff in the shop gave me the very best customer service experience that you just struggle to get so often these days. Joshua and Nasreen were absolute angels! Their friendliness and enthusiasm made my day. In a world that has thrown us a rollercoaster of a ride over the last 18 months, these people got my week off to the best of starts. Their manner and absolute courtesy has had me smiling from ear to ear ever since my shopping trip! I look forward to my next visit to the shop.

Piece hall shop ..if I could give more than 5 stars I would I have been into the piece hall shop in halifax and I must say the two ladies that were working this morning there were so patient and helpful. The best customer service I have received in any shop today . Well done ladies I appreciate all your help

I visited a store in York on Monday, we all bought quite a few products, the staff were lovely and so helpful.
I got home and tried the hand cream which was Citrus and amber, it had no fragrance what so ever .maybe it was just a one off faulty product, it was just a bit disappointing as I love a nice fragrance with a hand cream .

Just visited the store in Leeds and it’s my first time in the Yorkshire soap co. What a lovely friendly team! So helpful, excited to visit the flagship in York.

After a disappointing initial experience regarding a faulty candle which was in the sale but still £22.50 l couldn’t face having to package it up & travel to post office etc to return & then have to reclaim costs. It was in an order of gifts & not up to the expected standard.
However l shortly afterwards received another email contact offering to refund the cost & no need to return the goods.
I would just like to say that this in the end is exceptional service & many thanks to the Yorkshire soap company who did their best to put things right!

I have been a regular customer for many years. Recently I have received faulty products from this Company and the customer service has been terrible. No solution offered, no replacement, no refund, and a very long wait for replies! I won't be shopping here again.

Ordered a candle at £16 it said 'Arrives beautifully packaged with a FREE gift message' even had a picture of a package with a bow at the side where it said it, what it should have said was it will be in a plain brown normal package box with a bit of tape around it, the gift message was stuck at the end of the receipt, over promised under delivered, response received was pass feedback on board they have had my money so that's it, could have got just as nice a candle elsewhere which would arrive as advertised.
