Wow! This is absolutely incredible and the perfect approach to healthcare, nutrition and our diets. It’s so obvious to me now. Diet and nutrition should takes a personalized approach because everyone is different. What may be healthy for you doesn’t neccessarily translate the same results for me. This test opened my eyes to so much and I already feel relief only a week after receiving results. Raising an awareness and strong intentionality to what we put into our bodies is the best investment you can ever make.

The 30-min consult follow-up for the junior sensitivity test with the nutritionist was a great conversation and gave me a lot of things to try for my younger daughter who has been experiencing symptoms from her sensitivities. And the test itself gave us a great avenue of things to look into and try to minimize in her diet to help bring her relief without having to start this journey with a whole bunch of doctors and more invasive tests.

The test results were just what I needed to know when I needed to know it. Seeing what I’m sensitive to and starting to avoid them has made a big difference in my energies. I added speaking to someone about my test to come up with a plan and that has helped out greatly. She told me what food to avoid and for how long. I have had a wonderful experience with YorkTest. Customer service is impeccable. The tests were proven accurate - elimination of the identified foods greatly improved my symptoms. *UPDATE*
I finally got my test results. Now I start eliminating some foods and hopefully see positive results. Not excited about it because I had highest reactivity is to eggs, milk, wheat, gluten and yeast. 😔

I sent my second test back almost two weeks ago and it does not show received yet on their website. I waited three weeks after I sent the first one back before I emailed to see if they had received my sample. They sent a replacement but still no results. I will update if/when I get any test results.

I researched The food sensitivity tests available and decided on York Test for the price and the number of foods tested. Two foods I suspected and three were a surprise but made sense after I thought about it . Since changing out these food items I feel better and realized wheat is in things you wouldn’t think of !!

I'm really glad I went with YorkTest for this food sensitivity test. The results came back quickly and their customer service was excellent. I really appreciated their patience in answering all of my questions; everyone I communicated with was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

YorkTest Laboratories is convenient and accurate. Being able to take the test at home made it much easier to get results quickly after I experienced a strong allergic reaction. As far as accuracy is concerned, blood tests are dependent on an allergen or sensitivity already being your system fairly recently before collecting the sample. In my case, YorkTest confirmed my suspicions about allergies and sensitivities and detected a number of new ones. It didn’t reveal all of them, but I’ve found that the foods that weren’t detected are often closely related to ones that were. I also took advantage of the free appointment with the nutritionist. She was knowledgeable about how to handle specific sensitivities. My case turned out to be bigger than allergens and intolerances, and I eventually went to the appropriate specialist, but the nutritionist gave me an initial firm grounding in safety.

The tests were very easy to do and they seem to be accurate. I have done an elimination diet and a lot of my issues have gone away. I have severe allergies but didn’t know about the other sensitivities that I had. I am so glad that I did this test, would recommend.
