Polite! Quick! And very helpful! Bought a handful of parts for my old Toyota, the promised shipping date was 21/6 and instead the arrived 19/6, everything was packaged nicely! The costumer service was quick and polite to double check fitment of the parts before shipping! Overall very proffessional and customer service minded, not to mention the great prices! It's less than half of what Toyota can offer me here en Denmark! i'm using Yoshiparts again next time i need OE parts!

You are a great example of what an online store should be. First off, I received the part and it’s exactly what I ordered. Of course , that should be a given no matter who you order from. But more than that, I am very impressed with the professionalism of your company. The part is 100% unused Toyota part in its original packaging. Shipping costs were very reasonable through Japan Post. My order was delivered to Canada in 6 days from the time it was shipped. The tracking allowed me to know exactly where it was through out its journey. The ordering was easy and my questions were answered in a very timely manner considering the time difference. Every aspect of the process was perfect.
