I’ve been a loyal customer of Yoshiparts for a while now, ordering everything from Lexus parts to Kawasaki parts, and they’ve never let me down. The parts are always genuine and reliable, exactly as described. It’s hard to find a supplier you can fully trust with OEM quality, but Yoshiparts has earned that trust with consistent service and quality on every order. My experience with Yoshiparts has been extremely negative. In my case, the prices listed on their website seemed very reasonable, but after placing the order and making the full payment, they contacted me to charge me extra fees and excessively high shipping costs that weren't specified on the website.

Furthermore, when I made the purchase, they asked for the vehicle's VIN to check the part. They even specified which part it was, and after almost a month, I received a part that didn't match what I had paid for.
They refuse to take responsibility and blame me for choosing the wrong part, even though they were the ones who selected it. I feel this is a deceptive practice to attract customers and a complete scam. I don't recommend them; it's better to look for more transparent alternatives. Don't buy from them.

Excellent communication and customer service.

They located the original part, packaged it very well, and shipped it quickly. Then, when I needed the invoice for customs, I requested it via chat and they responded the same day. Fantastic service and genuine parts. They even contacted me to ask if the part had arrived in good condition. Very attentive; I highly recommend them.

Order times take too long to process
First time I made an order it turned out fine
Second order they didn't even answer me if they have the parts in stock
Third order Asked several times for specific bearings for my engine. First time I was told they are available. Edited my order, put in my payment and they are no longer available.
The warehouse checks take too long, the order processing is also too long, their responses are very slow and they dont give you any useful information except wait and that's it.
If you are from europe, you can use partsouq . They are very responsive, ship in 2 days and answer messages from facebook very fast

First time I used Yoshi parts and I am extremely happy and impressed with the customer service from start to finish it is simple and my only concern was receiving parts from abroad however on this occassion it was not a problem and the parts are high quality genuine in my case so pleased to find a company that cares about customers unlike the UK overpriced,rude and secondhand parts is the best you get in the UK.

Smooth and easy process the parts were genuine

My go to supplier for Japanese parts, never had a problem with these guy's. the site is great the new A I feature helps a lot, customer service is quick, professional & polite, packaging is 1st class & delivery is prompt. If you are keeping an older Japanese car on the road these guy's should be used in the same sentence as Amayama, and I'd say Yoshi before them. 5 star A1.

I placed an order with YoshiParts online and was billed immediately to my credit card. I then discovered that they had cancelled my order (without informing me by email) because the part I ordered was not available. YoshiParts refunded me but I had to take a loss of around $25 because of bank charges and currency exchange rates. I asked YoshiParts to refund this loss - they refused. My point is THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN PAYMENT IF THEIR SYSTEMS INDICATED AN ORDER WAS UNAVAILABLE. This constitutes taking money under false pretences.

My parcel arrived today. No damage at all to the box and no damage to the item as it was firstly shipped in a very strong box and soft packaging was first class. The item was exactly as ordered and presented new in a Toyota labeled bag. Shipping time from Japan was very fast. The online tracking system was accurate and updated in live time.
I would certainly shop again with Yoshi Parts.

I order a evap valve but it was out of stock. Customer service contacted me to see if I'm willing to wait for 2-3 weeks. They got back to me and updated my order status. Once shipped the part came quickly. The part came directly from Japan. I'm very impressed with the service and quality of the product. Highly recommended to anyone looking for OEM parts. They are legit.
