Yoto needed new charger, but they don't exist anymore. That's the start of the problem.

Yoto needed new charger, charger is discontinued so original unit is useless. Yoto offered discount on full new unit instead, but replacement unit is difficult to set up and required a new "jacket" as old model jacket doesn't fit. Weeks of missed bedtime routine for our kids and it's still not set up right.

We love our yotos

We love our yotos. I have had one delivery issue and another issue with a cards content. Both problems were resolved swiftly and courteously.

Really great experience

Really great experience. The customer service rep knocked it out of the ballpark and we are extremely happy we were able to get our Yodo in sufficient time to take on a road trip. It made a world of a difference to the entire trip. Thank you so much and I will always trust Yodo and love them even more now.

Love the products, shipping is a mess

I love the products, but their shipping situation is a disaster. I can't track my order and twice now it never arrived and I had to re-order, meaning it took a full month to get here.

Quick to respond to email. No hassle regarding warranty. I was so impressed at the length of the warranty. New Yoto shipped out very quickly. Absolutely would recommend Yoto not just because my children love it, but because of the wonderful customer service!

Daughter loves her yoto player. Slightly expensive but the unit is good quality and she certainly gets a lot of usage out of it.
