Good communication, fast response

I had all of my music for years on another music distribution platform. I thought YouAux had a better service, but I was wrong. After two of my releases were approved they rejected three others, without giving any reason for it. Avoid it.

Able to resolve all issues with great communication from support.. YouAux makes it easy to upload and distribute music!

I want to thank Youaux.com for their incredible support for artists. My experience with their customer care has been excellent; their advisors genuinely listen to what artists are going through. Unlike other platforms that often take critical, career-ruining actions (like permanent bans) without hearing the artist's side of the story, Youaux.com is professional, patient, and fair. They really mean business and treat artists with respect. I would give them a full 5 stars, but I believe there is room for improvement regarding payout times. The current 3-month waiting period is too long for independent artists, and I strongly suggest decreasing that timeframe. Overall, though, I really appreciate the platform

Really nice music distributor they disturbet your music with in 7 days and fast mail reply with in 24h but a problem free users are not able to get YouTube content id

You are good overall, but when we release a new artist’s song, the one going to DSPs for the first time, sometimes you place it under the wrong profile. I don’t know if this happens on your end, the DSP’s end, or because of some automated system, but these issues do happen. Still, you fixed it, so thank you for that. Everything else seems fine, and I am waiting for my second payout.
