My Honest Review about YouAux Distribution ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am really happy with my song release through YouAux Distribution. The platform is good, service quality is nice, and my tracks were successfully released without any major issues. The support and QC team also communicate politely and professionally. As an independent artist, I genuinely appreciate the opportunities this platform provides, so from my side it’s a 5-star rating. 🌟
However, I would also like to share some constructive feedback:
• The website still has some issues. For example, profile photos and links cannot be uploaded properly.
• The distribution page sometimes redirects back to the same page before moving forward.
• Songs are sometimes rejected automatically without giving any clear reason, and artists are not informed about what exactly went wrong in the track. This makes it difficult to fix the problem.
• Live support (like WhatsApp or instant chat) is missing. It would be very helpful if YouAux provides real-time support like other companies do, especially for Pro customers or paid plan users.
• Before taking any action (like rejection or changes), the company should contact the artist first so issues can be solved directly instead of leaving them guessing.
This is not to criticize or defame the company, but only my honest advice as an independent artist. Overall, YouAux is a very good platform, but with a few improvements, it can become one of the best in the market. Please Reply me what you think.

1- The profile photo issue has already been fixed, and all features are now working smoothly.
2- All previously reported glitches have been resolved.
3- We always value artist feedback. However, when our QC team is 200% certain that a track is fraudulent, we do not contact the artist, as the genuine artist is different. Contacting the wrong person would be a waste of time. This allows us to focus our time and efforts on supporting the real artist, ensuring their track is reviewed and approved promptly. We fully respect the genuine artist and sincerely appreciate your feedback
4- Live chat support is already available, though currently only for premium users. We hope you understand.
5- Our QC team reviews every track carefully. If a serious issue is found related to the track or its metadata, the track may be rejected. If there are minor mistakes or unintentional errors, our team corrects them directly to ensure there are no delays.
We appreciate your suggestions and are always working to improve our service.

This is a really good and easy to use distributor. I use their free plan, and getting my songs out is really easy. I will say, if you are distributing to Apple Music, you have to make sure you distribute your music a good few days before the release date, because Apple has to process releases on it's side, which can take a while and delay your music. However, while this issue is on Apple's side, YouAux helped when this happened to me by contacting Apple regarding the delay and resubmitting my release request to Apple on priority. Their customer service is great, and I highly recommend.

Our team knows what AI-generated music is. We have reviewed your request carefully, and from the outset, we noticed that you had submitted many AI-generated songs multiple times.
We flagged the track accordingly. Despite following up with you 10 to 15 times over 4 to 5 days, you did not provide any valid proof of ownership, rights, or original creation.
Instead of working with us, you are now spreading false information. We take fraud seriously, which is why we remove such submissions from our platform to protect genuine artists and rights holders.

I've tried more than 30 different music distributors throughout a long life in music, and this company is among the three worst. "Amateurish" doesn't even begin to describe them, with a turorial in.... uh, I'd say hindi or whatever? They arbitrarily rejected my first release. Probably a mistake by their automated system, but still unacceptable.
My mistake, of course, was to try out their free plan first. So, they don't want me as a client, simple as that. But seriously, you'll be better off with one of the tried-and-true services. Ask me if you need some free advice, I'm also running a Facebook page where I sometime share advice on distributors, the newest tools, etc.

As i have checked you mentioned in your email that you have over 35 years of experience in music. You also wrote that you've tried more than 30 different distributors. With all due respect, if you were a true artist or music producer, you wouldn’t need to try 30+ distributors. That raises questions.
As for your content, after 35 years in music, it seems you’ve only learned how to upload AI-generated songs. Out of your total submissions, All 11 tracks were AI-generated. This is a clear violation of our content policy. That’s why the team flagged your content.
You’re calling us “amateurish,” but the real issue seems to be your attempt to misuse the platform. When rejected, you chose to defame instead of acknowledging your mistakes.
If you had read our guidelines, you would know that AI-generated vocals are not allowed on our platform, something you repeatedly ignored.
So let’s be clear. This isn’t about our free plan or an “automated mistake.” This was a policy violation, which we detected and acted on correctly.
We remain committed to supporting real, hardworking artists, not those trying to bypass rules with misleading content.
