Solider Video-Editor, aber mit Performance-Problemen und nerviger Werbung

YouCut ist grundsätzlich eine wirklich starke App für den Videoschnitt am Smartphone. Das Grundprinzip ist durchdacht, die Funktionen sind intuitiv und für den Alltag ist sie eigentlich genau das, was man für schnellen Content braucht.

​Allerdings gibt es zwei Punkte, die die Erfahrung trüben: Zum einen gibt es bei mir häufige Abstürze und Aufhänger. Ob das nun an meiner Hardware liegt oder an der App selbst, kann ich schwer sagen, aber es passiert leider in entscheidenden Momenten öfter als bei anderen Anwendungen.

​Zum anderen stört mich die Werbung massiv – vor allem der Werbespot direkt beim Exportieren ist ein echter Nervfaktor, der den Workflow unterbricht. Alles in allem eine gute App, die für drei Sterne reicht, weil sie zwar funktional überzeugt, aber technisch und durch das Werbemodell zu oft ausbremst.
