Ordered a drone from this company believing it was a UK company. Wrong it isn't, the drone took over two weeks to arrive and once received the drone is un-flyable, it just does its own thing once air born, totally useless. Stay clear from this company

These products are of very poor quality. Have received one that did not work and now another also faulty. They are clearly not product tested before shipment. Replacement advertised as for professional use. No more than a poorly made toy. Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances

Ok so I thought this was a uk product, it’s actually come from china via the Netherlands. How ever tracking was available at every step. I had a 36 customs charge to pay with Royal Mail handling fee. That was disappointing.

The drone it’s self I’m so pleased with, easy to set up and looks great, the features are really cool too. My boy is going to love this

Please don't. Please do not even try it. I narrowly got back my refund (5GBP short). I almost fell for this scam Never ever ever again. They don't exist.

My 13 year old boy got scammed by this website. Saved up his money to buy a drone which arrived within 2 weeks, but it’s not the drone he ordered and some one can be bought on Amazon for £12!!! Cannot be returned as it was on sale like all the other drones on the website.
They use a uk domain and claim to be based in London but it came from China. Cheap nasty crap. Avoid!

Ordered my son a little gift for being a excellent son and a help for everything he does and this! Chinese £60 peace of fake goods and services want my card details to fly it!!!! F.You. SCAM . SCAM . SCAM .

Unfortunately I have to rate this at least 1 star as there is no option for less!!!

My Dad turned 60 this month and I ordered a drone for his birthday.
The chinese fk ing prcks sent me an opened bottle of liquid in a water bottle which could be anything!
Reported to bank so they can hopefully stop any other peoples payments going with the fraud team and police given I have an unknown liquid in my house

Tried many, many times to calibrate the drone. Once we finally got it calibrated, we lifted it off the ground and it began moving without us controlling it. It flew up high and veered into some very tall trees in a neighbouring field, which we aren't able to access.

We also tried to bring it home with the automatic return function, but this didn't work either.

I've messaged the company, but despite having a co.uk URL, the drone came from China, so I doubt a refund will be given.

Do not waste your money on this site. It is an absolute scam.

Sister used for a birthday gift for my dad. They sent a bottle of water in the post. Avoid

This company sold me a drone £400plus, turned out to be a cheap one. Same on eBay new for £40.
The camera wobbles and is not stable.
Numerous email no response…. Avoid total scammers!! 😡😡😡

Wrong drone sent, and in a box that had been already opened. Eventually got a response with a refund for the wrong Drone being sent. It was made apparently clear thos was for a Christmas gift.
The drone did not respond to commands, and had a misflight, and crashed and broke. on the second outing. It took over 2 weeks to gain a response from this company. Just the standsrd response that because it was out if there 14 day warranty they are doing Nothing. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a company thats suppose to be professional. They also have NO TELEPHONE contact, and all things are shipped from CHINA NOT uK.

I try to fair and honest I'm my reviews, I am not one for ranting, so I have given this company 2 stars because I received my order within the the delivery time (one day before the last day).
Do not rely on the pictures of what you are ordering but make sure you read the small print, as the pictures are deceiving. It is fair to say that the after service is poor, it takes days to get a reply to an email and then your answer is brief. I ordered a drone from this company only to find they don't sell the batteries or anything you need for it. There is the district impression of 'lack of interest ' once they have made the sale.
Their communication to me always ended with "thank you for your understanding", which is polite but it is after sale care customers need, not having to understand the lack of it.
Please don't pay for tracking as it doesn't change until your item is delivered, so is pointless.
I will not be using this company again.
This is not a UK company despite the .co.uk.

I ordered my drone before I read these reviews so I considered the money gone, only £70.
Two weeks later and two weeks early I received my drone as expected, not tried the camera yet but happy.

Took 6 weeks from china despite the uk website address. It arrived minus the additional battery. Seller sent a photo of a toy car with different batteries in. Despite a number of requests there was no response so you won’t get what you pay for…..avoid

I have bought drones from various places, but YouDrone stands out. The quality of the drone I received is very good. I am very impressed.

Useless company just take ya money and never provide the goods NEVER EVER USE!!!
