I have had issues before with previous…

I have had issues before with previous insurance companies not wanting to insure my car after I wrote my last one off. Youi was the only company that took my situation and still was able to provide me with a cover that best suited me and circumstances. The whole youi team has been very professional, understanding and friendly.
The only downside is I pay over double what I would at other insurance companies however, the extras and benefits I receive from being a youi customer definitely makes up for it.

Exceptional service and genuine value

Having spent 30 years building call centres and sales teams, I’m a tough critic, but my experience with Youi was outstanding. The agent I spoke with was incredibly professional and made the process of transitioning three new policies—after decades with my previous insurer, Shannons, completely seamless. It was a refreshing reminder that great service is all about the people. High-quality support and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

No hard sell real people

What a surprise to actually to speak with a real person. Before calling YOUI, I have been with my previous insurance for 43 years. So much for Loyalty (NRMA). Tash was the great lady I spoke to. And signed up mine and my wife’s cars. Very happy with the new policy’s, saved lots of $’s. Thanks YOUI and Thanks Tash.

Very helpful gentleman on the phone

Very helpful gentleman on the phone - I thought I'd just get a comparison quote and was bowled over by the savings! YOUI worked out my quote in a detailed way- according to my car usage - I'm basically retired now so don't drive heaps - instead of my old insurer who just give a generalised, blanket quote..
I won't get any insurance now unless firsy checking with YOUI 🙏🏆👌

Very happy

I was lucky enough to work with Dale from Youi to go through my newest insurance policies. By moving my car over to Youi I saved $700. I also moved my motorcycle over and purchased contents insurance. It was a please to work with Dale. Everything was explained, there was no pressure or hard sell. I am very happy

I really found the staff whom I spoke with lovely, helpful and made me feel like I was important!

Service with a smile

The price wasn't much different from my last Comprehensive insurance per year, but included extra services such as roadside assistance. Kelly, the customer service rep, was very knowledgable re the product, and and very clear in explanations. She was competent and very friendly, patient and helpful.

A+ customer service and huge savings!

I have to commend the customer service that I received. The person I spoke with was genuinely helpful and friendly, helping me assess my insurance needs, and bringing a saving of $600 a year for a cover that exceeded what I was currently paying for. Thanks!
