Absolutely brilliant service. Assessor (Tony) was wonderful. On-site quickly with a builder then organised Engineers to attend shortly after. He advised us of the process and our entitlements and kept us up to date regularly.

The girl I spoke to was so helpful and friendly to me . If someone wants to take out an insurance policy definitely go to Youi they are fantastic and have saved me well over $1000 dollars excellent service.

I have had issues before with previous insurance companies not wanting to insure my car after I wrote my last one off. Youi was the only company that took my situation and still was able to provide me with a cover that best suited me and circumstances. The whole youi team has been very professional, understanding and friendly.
The only downside is I pay over double what I would at other insurance companies however, the extras and benefits I receive from being a youi customer definitely makes up for it.

Having spent 30 years building call centres and sales teams, I’m a tough critic, but my experience with Youi was outstanding. The agent I spoke with was incredibly professional and made the process of transitioning three new policies—after decades with my previous insurer, Shannons, completely seamless. It was a refreshing reminder that great service is all about the people. High-quality support and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
