Needed a windscreen replacement and had to use O’Briens. Took a week for the screen to be delivered. There’s 3 other auto glass replacement businesses in town who all could have done it within an hour. These should be viable options! The claims process was easy enough.

no idea why you would offer an online quoting system and then insist that i would need to be available for a phonecall before I could receive the quote ... then the person to person call asks all the same questions that I just filled in online ... then the quote comes in more than double last year's insurance with all the same details ... all your ads say 'save with youi' ... not in my experience

Hi everyone, my parents were recently given the run around by Coles Car Insurance (so feel free to dump them in support) but a quick call by me to Youi got us started, and we ended up with a policy with Youi. My parents were in tears with Coles, literally, absolutely shameful the way they were treated, they are 85 !! But Youi stepped up and we’re just great, allowing me to give the details (parents were in no shape to call) then a quick confirm call to my parents, and all sorted. So I’m thinking Youi will get their home and contents in a couple of months as well. Couldn’t fault Youi at all, helpful, polite, just perfect.
