Very happy with the whole process

Very happy with the whole process, saved heaps on two policies, both Reese and Leon helped us. We have been with another insurer for a long time, so much for loyalty, anyway happy customers.

This morning a rock flew up onto my…

This morning a rock flew up onto my windscreen and left a big crack across . I phoned Youi and spoke to Jelly.
Claim to replace was actioned within minutes and follow up service from repairer was immediate.
So very grateful and thankful for the wonderful customer service provided by Jelly.
That is awesome 😎 service. Thank you Jelly👍

First class customer service from YOUI
After hitting a kangaroo, they were knowledgeable and available to help with ordering and tow to getting a quote. They also organised a car hire. They are value for money and l would recommend them with confidence.

The service was fantastic

The service was fantastic. Stefanos was very knowledgeable and very accommodating, however the quote was far too high for what we wanted as compared to other insurance companies.

Great service

I've just spoken to Londi who sorted out my car insurance. She called whilst my daughter was asleep on me and even though I told her to continue she lowered her voice as to not wake her and said we could take breaks if my daughter woke up.

Londi explained my options and answered the queries I had even checking with a colleague as to not give me the wrong information.

I would definately recommend Youi.
