Good product at a good price but long wait for delivery. I realise it's December but 10 days for delivery is poor. Had a quick reply to email when I chased delivery and they apologised but think I'm unlikely to order again due to slow delivery.

2 confirmed orders, no update in 2 weeks and then emails on the day of delivery to notify some of the items were out of stock and are being refunded. This happened with both orders.
Having opened the 2nd delivery, it contains 4 sets of pjs - not the 5 ordered as a family set. Closer inspection shows that only XL set sent was mens XL when the size ordered in men's was XXL, and there is no set of ladies family pjs. There has also been no refund for pjs notified despite the dispatch note clearly circling the family pjs along with the two items that were notified as missing from the order by email.
Secondly, your company clearly knew they had not dispatched all the items for the confirmed order but held notification back for 2 weeks. 4 sets of family pjs for a family of 5 on a confirmed order is a let down and defeats the purpose of ordering matching family pjs for the whole family for Christmas. Had they notified the confirmed order could only partially be fulfilled the whole order would have been cancelled and placed elsewhere instead of being left in the lurch with 4 sets of pjs the week before Christmas.

Only thing I would say, DONT size up on the men's pjs! My husband and daughter (who likes boy fitting stuff) are going to be wearing nightdresses as PJ tops for Christmas Eve photos!🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️

I’ve ordered quite a few times from you know who’s and have never had a bad experience until now.
Ordered 2 separate orders, no sign of any delays mentioned on their website, a week came and went still no sign of my orders being dispatched. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, asked them to cancel both orders due to the length of time packing and shipping was taking, they claim to have never received that email (conveniently) even though I could see my reply asking to cancel when I replied to them. Orders eventually arrived, 2 items missing from one order and then they sent me men’s pyjamas instead of ladies, have emailed on several occasions and now they’re ignoring my emails to resolve this. So as they do not wish to resolve this I have raised an issue with Klarna (thank goodness I my Klarna debit card as they’re helping recover the funds) and they still continue to not want to help, so you can have a bad review instead, this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Nightmare. I've ordered from this company once before and everything was fine. Recently I made an order for some Christmas pajamas and on checking out the shop ap has created multiple orders which one I didn't even confirm. I emailed to ask to cancel one order number YKW#574243 and they did no problem and I was refunded. Over a week and half and my order for pajamas still hadn't been dispatched I asked to cancel order number YKW#574253 they said fine I'll receive a refund in 5 days. 6 days go by and I ask about the refund. They start sending me the refund for the first order so I emailed back and told them to check the order number again as this wasn't the order I was referring to and told them the value of the order. They they send a blank email back so I told them I'm a bit confused I've received a blank email. They once again email me the order refund for the first order refund. I'm not getting anywhere with them it's like talking to a wall. Have to try and claim back of the bank.

Parcel was apparently left at my front door when my safe place is back door, anyway no parcel received. This is the courier, Yodel who are the worst, but apparently nothing can be done until I fill in a form which I have requested from You Know who's 3 times now and not received. So the parcel going missing gets a zero and so does their customer service.
ordered matching christmas pjs for my family on 29th november then received an email on 5th december to say one of my items is out of stock but all the others have been dispatched, disgusting service i will not use this site again for that reason as im having to go out and buy more pajamas as one child will be left out
I didn't get my order. I got a refund via PayPal but that didn't include postage. Disappointing.
Order item on 24th November , You know who’s did not bother to ship until 2nd December , now Items are out of stock . Really bad company to order with .They do not care about customers and did not even email me to tell me goods were out of stock . Do not buy from here .

Quality of clothing was poor.
My items were dispatched 3 days after ordering, then took a further 14 days to be delivered through Yodel.
Heard about this site on Breakfast TV so had a look & spotted the jeggins I frequently get & pay £19.50 for but on this site they were £6! I ordered 2 pairs & paid £4.99 delivery that's still less than in pay for 1 pair! I'm laughing! Only let down is they use YODEL & they are the worst in my opinion!

This is one occasion when a YouTube advert caught my attention - a snippet from This Morning - so I simply had to check You Know Who's online. ...and bought new booties and Christmas decorations for a steal.
The fact I was offered free postage the next day so my order was just for the products all tagged and brand, was even better.
I ordered on the Monday and the excellent Yodel tracking let me know which day, then within which time scale it'll be delivered and it was exactly that by Wednesday. . . you can't ask for better.
Exceptional value and great service from beginning to end.
I'd highly recommend You Know Who online store and will be returning when I need anything or when I'm curious on what's available.

I made a purchase today and paid in full. Since then I have had txt messages/emails telling me I have not completed my purchase. OK. If they give me a refund for the items, I will not get the postage I have paid so I will still be £4.99 out of pocket. No way of contacting anyone before Monday, and then they say its upto 3 days( reply came on 27th) . This is my first use of this site, and I think it will be my last.
Thank you for your response , to explain what happened, but, the amount of messages I kept getting, to remind me something was still in my cart, was discerning. I will look forward to the delivery.

Disappointing experience. The website is poorly maintained and doesn’t accurately reflect stock levels — 4 out of 15 items I ordered were later cancelled, which I can only assume were due to them being out of stock (I only received a refund notification and no explanation as to why the items were cancelled). I wouldn’t rely on their online inventory or order again until the site is improved. This is 2025 not 1995!
