Absolutely awful! They are very lumpy and not Hotel standard by any means. Tried for a refund to be told due to hygiene reasons they can’t be refunded. Total waste of money! Very unhappy as they are still in packaging.

Very pleased with the items I bought. Most items have a number of reviews which helps guide your purchase, particularly with sizing.
