The worst experience I've ever had in business
The worst experience I've had with any company in over 10 years in business.
YouLend paid funds to the wrong account (not ours), not the one linked to the signed agreement. We never received the advance, yet repayments were still taken and recovery action, including threats against a personal guarantor, was pursued.
This has been raised multiple times with clear explanations, but the issue has been passed around internally with no ownership and no proper resolution. At no point have they taken responsibility for what is a straightforward misdirected payment on their side.
Despite this, they have continued to chase repayment for money we never received and have failed to respond to key emails addressing the error.
Very poor handling of a serious issue and not what you would expect from a finance provider. A joke of a company and not to be trusted.

They said they will start collecting…
They said they will start collecting the money after 2 to 3 days but they start collecting it straightaway after money transferred. Having weekly minimum payment request is a bit annoying.
