My first review was positive and I gave five stars but, see below.
First review: Excellent service at a reasonable price. I can concur with the fact that the reviews only give five stars. I am a qualified printer (who left the trade some years ago) but I want to say that I am very, very pleased with the quality of the booklet that I had printed. Delivery was prompt and without hassle.
Second review - 06/08/2024: The above was written in 2022. In 2023, I reordered the same booklet. However, the quality was not that of the first print. Much thinner paper was used for the cover so that it curled badly. I contacted YouLovePrint and they showed little interest in the problem. I even posted a letter to them and included a sample of the first print and one of the second. They didn't bother to respond or acknowledge receipt.
I have just done a reprint of my booklet but used a different printing company. The quality of their printing was very good and I am very happy with their work.

Superb Customer Service

We've used YouLovePrint for a couple of years and they have always delivered a quality service.

Booklets and business cards which they have produced for us have been to an excellent standard and always at a very competitive cost.

A special mention to Ed, who has been an enormous help with some of the speediest response times I have ever seen, and ensuring we get tight deadlines met and making it easy for split deliveries and custom sized prints.

I have been writing books on my family history and wanted 5 copies of each book printed for my close relatives. Youloveprint produced excellent A4 booklets. I had to convert my WORD books into a PDF (easily done on my pc), then upload the PDFs to Youloveprint. Each page was then displayed exactly how I had written it. [Be careful that you have written and displayed your pages exactly how you want them to be printed.] Once checked, you simply pay, and wait for your printed items to be delivered. My booklets all arrived within a week of being uploaded. The results were excellent, looked perfect and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Youloveprint to anyone.

One of my photos was selected to be published in ICM Photography Magazine, it is a digital-only publication and I wanted a hard copy for posterity. I found youloveprint stood out in my search for a good printer. The website explains paper and cover options really well, uploading my pdf file was very easy, took a couple of goes to get the page layout correct but was easy to do. Then the delivery arrived...omg...the quality is out of this world! Amazed customer.

I placed an order during the very busy month of December. It arrived the following week. I was kept up to date with the process and it arrived as scheduled.
The product itself is amazing, very high quality and at a price far less than other quotes we received.

I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone who needs any printing.

Never really needed printing before and my order was only small but the service and help I received from Neil was second to none. Neil took the time to ring me and explain what he needed and how to do it. I strongly recommend the service this company provides.

We had a confused and unclear client that caused us lots of problems. So when we chose youloveprint.co.uk (for price and delivery — better than anyone else) we didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be the most liberating experience and despite our stress levels (off the Richter incidentally!) they helped us get through the process perfectly. This was my first time publishing a new magazine. Youloveprint website gave me a great quote, reviews were good. The website explained how to lay out pdf pages, and the bleeds required, in detail. I still had one query so I phoned. They were extremely helpful on the phone. Once submitted there is an accurate online proofing system where you can review in a variety of formats. Once approved the magazines were delivered in two days. Quality was even better than expected, even a tricky black text on grey background page was perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was advised and guided throughout the process and the finished result was brilliant!...better than I expected..never saw it coming...I spoke with a gentleman (Neil) he deserves a mention he was absolutely professional and caring kept me fully informed and finally produced my order efficiently on time and affordable!..I really couldn't be happier and could easily go on writing in admiration for the impeccable service...so so refreshing to receive a truly wonderful service.

YouLovePrint are incredible. Where we’ve met rigidity at previous printers, YLP have not batted an eyelid at finding a solution. That is fantastic service in itself, but to then offer that solution at their beyond competitive prices is genuinely astonishing. And then, on top of that, their packaging has been the best we’ve received from any printers (and we’ve tried a few!) and their response time can’t be faulted.

We will keep coming back to YLP, they thoroughly deserve it.

Not often I'm moved to write a positive review apropos of nothing, but some company's offer such a positive experience, I feel it's my civic duty to push them to others.

Absolutely DELIGHTED with how this turned out. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but this was an incredibly professional print job for a very good price. I will definitely be using them again. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I'm so happy with my book that I felt like I had to.
