I have just received the printed copies of my illustrated, soft covered children’s book. This was a personal project meant for family and friends and I needed to have a cost effective way to have a smallish number printed with a professional look. I am delighted with the result. The process was easy and the queries I had were dealt with patiently and with clarity. The whole experience was without problems, the time frame very quick and the end result above expectations. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely use Youloveprint in the future if the occasion arises and recommend to others.

I have just received my order from YLP which was copies of a 140 page hardback book.

It was my first time placing an order with them and also a printing order of this kind, so I was quite apprehensive.

I am absolutely blown away by their efficiency, the ease of uploading and the process of proofing artwork on their website. It was so good, I didn't even need to speak with them about my order - they calculated all of the print specifications for the artwork and their printing instructions were very clear and made this so much easier for me to work to.

Not only that, but the turnaround could not be met by other companies who'd I'd tried first before coming across You Love Print. I'm so pleased, because the books are fantastic quality and I know my family will be over the moon to receive them on Christmas day.

It was my first time with Youloveprint. They were a bit more expensive than another company that I found, although not by much and still very affordable and good price. They were also so worth every penny! I tried to use their online self service printing page, but I did something wrong. They immediately got in touch and helped me fix it. The customer service was amazing the whole way through! Ed kept me informed, discussed the file set up, got back to me very quickly when the delivery company messed up part of the delivery and he sorted all very fast. I am very impressed, specially right now during Covid, to have such good quality print, great customer support and a project delivered when promised! I recommend them very much, worth every penny.

YouLovePrint have been fantastic to work with for small publications like folded leaflets and also for longer publications like perfect bound books. Last week they printed my first order of a casebound book. It was only 48 pages and I was worried how it would look, but it was fabulous and with a run of only 200, the unit cost was very viable.
It's very easy to use the online interface but there are real people behind the process who get back to you about any challenging jobs (unusual formats etc.).
I don't often write reviews, but I really wanted to thank YouLovePrint for the work they have done for me.
