Food ordered for a wake, still hadn’t been dispatched 5 days later.
If you know you’re unable to fulfil orders then change your delivery policy.
If you’ve bitten off more than you can chew then hire some more staff or stop taking orders.
This company has been around long enough to know how business works but have failed me at every step.
I’ve been more than polite and understanding.
I have got to the point where they’ve taken my money and advantage of my good nature.
Maybe they should look at a third party to deal with logistics?
I’ve now been given a refund and have the task of sourcing elsewhere at a moments notice

The best vegan food I’ve genuinely ever eaten, I cannot recommend this enough. I will be ordering again in the future with certainty and will tell all my friends, vegan and non vegan alike!

I’ve placed 3 orders on their website. The first two were fine. The last one(25th February 2021) had a missing pizza. I’ve contacted them 3 times to get this item refunded or delivered. First I’ve sent a message through they website, then emailed them and finally asked a question under they Instagram post. I’ve been completely ignored by them. They’ve responded to all comments under that Instagram post apart of mine. Also some products they delivered were disappointing. Dead Barbie pizza that used to be perfect had very little barbecue sauce and sweet dough. Australian pie was just a wet mess on a plate. I couldn’t even finish eating it. Other pies tasted good, but clearly they products are inconsistent. I’ve unfollowed them on social networks and will never order from them again.

Ordered from them and unfortunately the order was damaged during transit. Issue was rectified within 24hrs with brilliant customer service. They also make delicious Vegan food.

This place makes some of the best vegan food in the world. If I could only eat at one place for the rest of my life, it'd be here.
