Went a saw a property with this company they had all my details about having pets etc before viewing.. once viewed told property did not accept pets… What a waste of my time going to view if rejected because of a dog….. t

This company will take your deposit and ghost you. Their website doesn't even have a phone number. I highly advise against using them as a landlord or a tenant.

Abode ‘manage’ FILTHY property
Abode Property Bristol ‘manage’ filthy, neglected property In Redland Bristol. But ultimate responsibility lies with negligent landlord Jane Nathan. My son is a new tenant of a shared new student tenancy in Bristol that Abode promised to fix and clean. Collected the keys to find excrement on floor, encrusted mould, slugs, holes in walls by sockets, kitchen ceiling drooping down, broken gutters and glass, old vapes, cigarettes etc. no apology from Abode. In the habit of retaining deposits ‘for cleaning’ properties that were filthy when tenants move in. Abode Uninterested until my reviews started appearing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
