Hello Jersey victims of DINH HOANG HIEP

Hello Jersey victims,

My situation isn’t different from all of you. I have disputed with PayPal since they denied my claim on 12/20 after I patiently waited for 10 days hopefully PayPal would investigate. Let me tell you this. They are not doing anything at all. All they do is sitting there and requesting us to do our own investigations by reporting issue to cop, credit card company, UPS or the shipment companies for a proof of delivery and of course we don’t have it because we have never received the packages.
I feel your pains, angers, frustration and all. Do not waste your time trying to fight with PayPal agent or manager because they are helpless. I spent two days just trying them to help but they didn’t.
I think we all should blame on PayPal because with a such big reputation company they are gaining our trust and directly help the Jerseyeasy scammer making all the profit and they happily collecting the commissions but doing nothing when we ask for help.
PayPal should have Verifyied the seller and determined whether the seller is an actual company. Because all of us thought we would be protected by PayPal so didn’t think twice prior clicking on that orders.
One person speak no one care but if all of us speak up then it will bring attentions.
Please take a few minutes put up a dispute and send it to the PayPal VP to Ellie Diaz. Her email is Ediaz at PayPal dot com, and be sure to include your claims or case ID. I just sent it to her yesterday and hopefully she will look into it when she returns.
My next plan is if I do not hear any response from her by 1/10 I will forward everything to all PayPal executives. You can google their names.
Hope this is a relief for someone and wish you all have a happy holiday.

DINH HOANG HIEP

DINH HOANG HIEP

I bought a mini fridge from above seller through Paypal. Got a tracking number from the seller for UPS delivery. Days later, UPS sent me an email saying it was delivered. I did not see the item. Phone calls to UPS found out seller's tracking number is for a different address in my city and probably not even a mini fridge because the item is only 4 lbs, too light for a mini fridge. Sent email to seller, no reply. UPS sent email to seller too, no reply. Claimed to Paypal, Paypal denied my claim. This seller is a professional internet con man.

Friends I am a victim of this company's…

Friends I am a victim of this company's scam. I ordered from a trusted link on Targets web site and used PayPal to pay. The next day I received a UPS Tracking number. I use Arrive app during the holidays so all of my packages are tracked through this one app. Arrive said my package was attempted to be delivered yesterday but the business was closed. Odd because my address is not a business address. The seller only has to put in a city and a zip to the tracking system so on my end I dont get to see the actual address. I received a notice that that package was delivered today at a business and luckily it gave me the name. I searched location and phone number. I called and the front desk said yes they received 2 packages with my tracking number. I went to the office which was 2 miles from me and she showed me the boxes. NOT MINE. I then look up the website and it is shut down. I tried contacting the seller last night after the first attempt to deliver the package asking what address they were shipping my package to. No response. Then a little bit ago I searched the seller name that shows up on the PayPal statement and came across this scam by this entity. 30 people have claimed they have been scammed by this person since September 21 2019. When paypal puts the claim in the seller then contacts paypal back and shows that the tracking number says the package was delivered therefore denying you your money back and dismissing the claim. PayPal temporarily has credited me back for 10 days until they finish their due process. Just be aware. This guy has hacked UPS system and is using other people's current tracking numbers and has probably worked for PayPal or an entity like them to know just how much information he needs to give them to get away with this EVRY SINGLE TIME. Also, he changes his email account everytime he gets called on a dispute.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. Ordered an item from Dinh Hoang Hiep. Received a tracking number and said it was delivered ... only it wasn't ... or at least not to me. I took it up with my bank and they are looking into it and refunded my money while they do.

I ordered a Baby Trend Simply Smart…

I ordered a Baby Trend Simply Smart Nursery Center Playard from a site that was sponsored on the Target Website. They offered Paypal payment and offered a tracking # through UPS. The site was called Jersey Baby and now the site and seller do not respond, and I can not find them. UPS tracking states the item was delivered to a different address which is oviously a scam.. Same payment person/Corporation DINH HOANG HIEP. I called paypal to escalate this as a scam that keeps happening over and over per this site and to refund my money. Hopefully they will do the right thing. They should cancel this payers account. DO NOT ORDER, if a deal seems to good to be true it is. I figured since it was sponsored by Target website, paypal was on the link and I had a UPS tracking # that it was ok. BIG SCAM!!!!!!

Scam - Different site, same vendor, same scam using UPS tracking numbers.

I fell for the same scam from the same vendor which showed up as Dinh Hoang Hiep on the confirmation e-mail but at a different website, which unfortunately, I cannot remember (I am certain this scammer sets up new websites regularly to avoid the negative reviews). Similarly to the previously reported scams the vendor provided PayPal with a UPS tracking number, which PayPal sent to me. The item never arrived. I reached out to the vendor at "GriseldaSeaquistFernandesVnK at gmail.com", which was the vendor e-mail listed in the PayPal confirmation e-mail. The vendor never responded. So I filed a claim with UPS. They eventually got back to me and said that they had concluded their investigation, could not find the package, and to receive a refund, the seller would now have to file paperwork with UPS that they already sent him. I forwarded this communication to the seller and again received no response. I then searched the vendor name online and came upon this site with lots of people reporting the same scam.

I then called PayPal. Initially, they were going to just open a claim, but after following another reviewer's advice and raising that PayPal was processing a known scammer's transactions and therefore abetting him, they approved a refund right there on the call. The PayPal associate could see on the transaction record that UPS had confirmed that the item was not delivered to the correct address, so maybe filing the claim with UPS in advance of the call to PayPal, as I did, is a prerequisite.

I ordered two board games from a DINH HOANG HIEP and paid through PAYPAL. UPS reported the tracking numbers provided by the seller were delivered on 11/6/19. Seller refused to respond to my requests to provide a phone number so I could open up claim with UPS. I checked with UPS today and they confirmed the packages were delivered to another address in my same town. If this happened to you, looking at the similar complaints on this site, I suggest you notify your local Police Department.

CALL PAYPAL AND TELL THEM YOU KNOW ITS A SCAM

Scammed! And paypal is in on it.
The seller provides paypal with the minimum proof, a tracking number, and they wont refund the money. I have shown them email proof from UPS stating that the package was not sent to my address or even addressed to me and they still wont honor the refund because i need a proof of delivery which UPS wont provide since the package is not addressed to me.

So after an hour of the runaround and then finding this website i call Paypal and tell them they are KNOWINGLY aiding and abetting a scam and they refunded my money immediately.
Still piXXed off tho

I was ripped off for $40.98

I reported the scammer to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
Also beware of his new website: andrewshoh.myshopify. com

I was ripped off for $40.98. The seller faked a shipment and UPS, PayPal, and Discover all refuse to help because the seller is showing the package was delivered even though it was NOT.
The scammer uses UPS tracking numbers that do not actually match your name or address.
UPS only shows a delivery city so the scammer gets away with it.
It's a SCAM and I am NOT happy!
It's nearly impossible to get your money back because of the loophole this scam artist found with package tracking numbers.

I was scammed from this site for $32.

I was scammed from this site for $32., They had a very legitimate site, US address and phone number. All items were fake. They even sent a UPS tracking number but when I called UPS they told me that the confirmation number was for my city, but at a complete different home location. I went to the house and spoke to the people at the address and they showed me the delivered package. It was not what I ordered. The people had ordered the package from another company so yourbabytoy just extracted a UPS confirmation number from UPS for a package that was to be delivered to my city.

This place is a rip off store

This place is a rip off store. I bought a 17" Blackstone Table Top Griddle from them for $45. I paid through PayPal thinking this would help keep my purchase safe. Instead of being the item I purchased they sent a 12.8 oz package that I never received. I contacted PayPal and they denied my claim since it showed I received a package from them. I check the website and it's closed. It was an expensive scam!

YourBabyToy and PayPal scam

I ordered from this company what I thought would be a good deal. It looked like the deal of the day sites. I paid through paypal, was sent a confirmation and then a shipping confirmation. Mind you, I ordered to a po box and it was supposedly ups and was delivered but there's no address other than the town. The left at is suspicious on the supposed ups track. I notified PayPal and filed a claim. It was denied. The shipper answers them but not my emails. The site is now down. Who ever is running this scam is either a current or previous paypal employee because they know how to keep it going. I'm hoping PayPal credit who is reviewing the case, since paypal itself denied it, will be fair. I can whole heartedly say I am disappointed in PayPal and really upset that they do not protect their consumers.

If you are reading this wondering what…

If you are reading this wondering what to do, contact UPS/USPS to determine where the package was sent before disputing a claim. Use that to provide evidence that you had never received the item; otherwise, PayPal WILL deny your claim.

I am the same as everyone else on here

I am the same as everyone else on here. I ordered from this company and they sent the item to a wrong address. Then when I disputed with PayPal they denied it because this stupid company provided proof of “delivery”. I had to go through such a hassle to do a claim with ups and they gave me proof that the item was delivered to the wrong address. I did a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back that way. It’s funny how after I reached out to the company via their website, the website went “down” and has been down for weeks. Definitely a scam company!
