Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. Wrong Delivery Address; No Package, No Refund- it was a UPS tracking but belonged to another persons package.
I placed an order and paid via PayPal. I received a notice from YourBabyToy the package was shipped and then received a notice from UPS it was delivered. However, I did not receive the package. I called UPS and they stated the package was delivered to another address. I attempted to dispute the PayPal payment but was rejected because the vendor stated the delivery was confirmed - they just didn't state to what address. It is a scam.

At the very least YourBabyToy is an utterly incompetent organization, at worst they are corrupt. If you choose to do buiness with them do so at your own peril.

Update:

Update:

After my claim was denied from Paypal, I appealed the claim by contacting Paypal by calling them directly. It turns out that their system detected that the shipping ID was invalid and was immediately refunded. DINH HOANG HIEP can go off himself.

I order a Mini Fridge for my daughter…

I order a Mini Fridge for my daughter to keep her bottles in so I don't have to make many trips in the kitchen. I order it on Sept 12th. Payment went through and gave me a tracking number. But it was getting delivered in four days. I thought that was pretty quick especially coming from Ohio. It was a wrong tracking number and for someone else. Contact UPS and all they told me to file a claim. Contact PayPal as well all they say there is no recent activity in the last month. I'm so angry I got ripped off for $40 and never getting that mini-fridge for my daughter. Don't buy from that website YourBabyToy.Com it's a SCAM!!!!!. I WISH I SAW THESE REVIEWS ALONG TIME AGO. BEFORE BUYING UGH I FEEL SO EMBARRASSED.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!

Like others, the scammer ships it a different address and name but in the same city/zip. So it appears as if the delivery was successful.

Probably ships some junk in a box, and finds an address online for a random business in that same city/zip. Probably a larger business where it wouldn't be noticed. The box arrives at the wrong business address, the unknowing person signs for it.

And the scammer gets away with it, because he can prove to Paypal that it's been delivered.

Scammer!

And can't believe he's already opened up another scam store:

I had the same issue others are having.

I had the same issue others are having. They offered the product cheaper than other sites, and I thought since they used PayPal, my purchase would be secure no matter what. They sent me an email stating that my product was awaiting fulfillment, but sent PayPal a tracking number. After lots of digging I found out that the tracking number was random and was sent to a different name and address. I'm not sure if they hacked UPS or what, but they're getting real tracking numbers to other peoples packages. I also saw another review where they used a different email address through PayPal. The email used for me is PreciousKriegerLobergcti @ gmail .com Then upon filing a claim at Paypal, they denied me because the seller provided "tracking info" proving it was delivered. The site is now unavailable and none of my emails have been returned. They only respond to Paypal. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and everyone else who got screwed should too... hopefully they can find these frauds. Submit a claim to PayPal too and call them if they deny it. I was able to get my local post office to email me saying that the tracking number provided wasn't addressed to my name or address. I'm not sure if that will work when I appeal Paypals decision or not, but I'm going to try, as should everyone else. If they used a different email for your purchase, make sure to tell them all of these different email addresses used.. maybe they'll recognize the pattern eventually.

Did not see these other reviews all saying the same thing. Item was not delivered, I called UPS who said this item was not mine: it was delivered to a different person at a different address. Like other, they probably used a different tracking number. Lost $40. PayPal just refused refund, I'll call them tomorrow. Their website went and remains "down for maintenance" since just after the sale, like others described here. Stay away from this scam!

Scam

Scam. USPS marked my product as delivered but I hadn't received it. The tracking number they provided was directed to a completely different name and address. Their phone number is non-working, their site is now unavailable, and 4 different email attempts and they haven't contacted me back.

The website is a scam

The website is a scam. It offered a product at substantially lower price, then it didn't deliver. Instead it found a random UPS tracking number to mark it "delivered" on Paypal to my location. Here is the information of the thief and website "owner":

Seller: DINH HOANG HIEP
Email: laylaborovetzperrenoudoykw at gmail dot com

Immediately after this, the website closed for "maintenance". Thanks to Google servers, here is additional contact information:

(720) 726-4907. info at yourbabytoy dot com. 6260 pearl road Parma Heights Ohio 44130.

If you call the number, you'll find out it is not in service. Stay away from this scam.
