After paying all the fees I find out that they are not an ACSP approved ID KYC checker. They want me to change the PSC for company because they don't have the services. Pls avoid them you will lose your money

Your Company Formations is an authorised ACSP (Authorised Corporate Service Provider) and carries out identity verification and AML/KYC checks in accordance with UK regulatory requirements.
As part of the onboarding process, certain applications—particularly those involving overseas applicants or non-biometric identity documents—may require additional verification steps. These requirements are determined by compliance and regulatory obligations, not by any limitation in the services we provide.
We would also like to clarify that clients are not asked to change a Person with Significant Control (PSC) because we "do not have the services". Any guidance provided is based on compliance requirements and the specific circumstances of the application.
We appreciate that compliance checks can sometimes be frustrating, particularly when additional information is required, but these checks exist to protect both clients and the integrity of the UK company registration system.
Should you wish to discuss your application further, we would be happy to review the matter with you directly.
