I recently attended the AI session as part of The Mini MBA Programme delivered by a guest trainer having completed The Mini MBA with Josh at Your Excellency Ltd. I found the course amazing. I have virtually no knowledge of AI but at the end of the Session I had so much more knowledge. I would absolutely recommend this session to all.

Yesterday, I attended the One Day Training Course on Introduction to Project Management, and it exceeded my expectations! Although my current role involves various management tasks, I often felt I lacked the right tools and structured approach. This training provided a useful overview of essential project management tools, offering fresh perspectives and practical strategies. I left the session feeling inspired and motivated to integrate new project management techniques into my work. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking to enhance their management skills and gain a clearer understanding of project management fundamentals.

I recently attended the Essential PA programme with Your Excellency. The programme covered a wide range of topics and being held over a number of weeks meant it was easy to fit around my role. Lyndsay was an excellent trainer and the sessions were engaging and informative, and provided an opportunity to review the role of the EA and apply the learning to my role. Feedback was provided on assignments and I am now applying my learning to my role. I would highly recommend this course!

The 2 hour session was very engaging, Lindsay was super friendly and down‑to‑earth, which made the whole team feel comfortable and encouraged participation.

Lindsay had tailored Challenge, Change & Mindset Training to me and a colleague. It was a very engaging session, a great mix of us listening and also being able to feed back, and input into each section of the 60 minute session. Lindsay herself is very engaging. Her pre-session comms were good, as was the response time afterwards of sending across the additional info she had promised. Well recommended.

We had an excellent bespoke EA/PA training session, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. She really took the time to tailor every part of the session to our specific needs, making the content feel relevant, practical, and immediately useful.

Lindsay was incredibly warm, down‑to‑earth, and easy to engage with, which made the whole experience enjoyable for everyone. The team felt comfortable, supported, and fully involved throughout the session and they genuinely enjoyed themselves.

I recently attended the Making Sense of Business Finance course with Josh Taylor, and it was one of the most valuable training sessions I have completed. Prior to the course, I was asked about the learning outcomes I hoped to achieve and any financial terminology I wanted clarified, ensuring the content was tailored to my needs.
Josh delivered the material clearly and made it relevant to each participant’s role. The course was pitched at an ideal level for me as an Executive Assistant preparing to establish myself as a freelance virtual assistant, and it gave me a strong understanding of the fundamentals of running a small business.
The provision of the workbook in advance, along with the post-session recording, slides, and Finance Jargon Glossary, was particularly helpful. With a substantial amount of content covered in one day, these resources have enabled me to review the information at my own pace.

I attended the "Finding Your Voice, Practical Tools for Everyday Workplace Confidence" session at the PA Show 2026 in London last week.
I've never had a lot of confidence in myself so really wanted to attend this session. It was a great session, Lindsay was really engaging, made the session fun and I've taken away the tips that were given to us so I can start to put them into practice.

Fabulous facilitator despite it being an online session. I attended a short 1 hour session - Personal SWOT and having applied these principles often on other projects it was interesting to focus on a personal version. Thank you Lindsay and Daniel from PA-Forum for the invite

As a member of the PA Forum, I'm lucky to be able to attend training sessions with Lindsay from Your Excellency. Lindsay recently hosted us on the Personal SWOT training session, and it was very thought-provoking. The session provided practical insights into conducting a personal SWOT analysis, emphasising the importance of regular self-assessment and quality thinking time. Lindsay shared valuable tips on best practices, such as setting aside uninterrupted time and using creative tools to enhance the process. The resources and reading recommendations were also very helpful. The training has helped me to better understand my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, both personally and professionally, and is highly recommended!

I joined the Finance for EA training recently and was pleasantly surprised by the content, the material and the trainer.
Josh was fantastic on the day, with an enthusiatic and flexible attitude, structured the course so it made sense. He did his research about our companies so the discussions and examples made sense to us.
The material sent prior to the course was clear, easy to read and I would encourage anyone to read before joining the course.
