This course is for anyone who wishes to gain a broader insite into different areas of business. The knowledge you will gain is priceless, extremely relevant and current. It is delivered by a very experienced tutor who values and encourages everyone to succeed. In addition, it is presented and delivered in a calm but explanitary way we all understood each module before moving on to the next. Nine modules that all feed into one case study is a fantastic way of collaborating all areas of business under one umbrella. This is the first time i have been on a ISA and I thoroughly enjoyed it and i found it very informative. Lindsay was a fabulous host and obviously knows a lot about management of time and working as a PA.

Recently completed the Mini MBA On Demand for Senior and Executive Assistants.
The modules are well written, easy to follow and read with Malcolm presenting them in his usual easy to listen to style. The On Demand version is a great idea for those that have a changeable work schedule.
Going On Demand is a great move.

I recently attended the PA Show in London and joined Joshua Taylor for his session on "Finance, Mystery or Magic"
I found his talk easy to follow and his simple explanation of financial terms was really helpful.
It is definitely something that I can take forward within my role as EA to the CFO!

I recently completed the Level 3 Essential PA course with Lindsay. It was an excellent course, delivered over the best part of a year entirely online, with modules covering everything from personal development to project management.
I had recently left the Police force after 13 years of service and was looking for some focus and help to reintegrate back into the "outside world". This course hugely helped me and getting to meet other lovely individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences on the course really helped too.

I thoroughly recommend doing a course with Your Excellency - especially if you are looking to upskill. Lindsay is very friendly, approachable and helpful and is genuinely interested in the success of those who come on her course.

I've just completed Your Excellency's digital course "A-Z Pearls of Wisdom for Executive PAs". Lindsay was also kind enough to send me a copy of her book; a great thing to have to hand, to carry with me in my bag and refer to when needed!

I found the course so refreshing, honest and informative. Lindsay keeps it light yet provides so much detail in a variety of ways through her videos as well as documents and links to other resources - many of which will be useful over the coming weeks, months and years.

The only thing for me - and this is totally personal and I wouldn't call it a negative - is making sure I put aside time to do the course. Not having to be there in person or having a set deadline meant I sometimes didn't push myself as hard to login and do the course. But that is on me and by no means a reflection on the course.

A real positive for me - again totally personal - is that I'm a self-employed Virtual Executive Assistant, so taking a full day off work to attend a course or conference costs me the fee but also my income for that day. Of course we need to invest in ourselves but this course gave me the opportunity to do both - work and learn (without financial loss or working all hours to make up for it!).

The amount Lindsay covers in the course is superb and she gives you the tools to go and explore/research things further it you want to. Things like the 3 Vs, SWOT, K.I.S.S, NLP and her numerous analogies and acronyms make things memorable and will stick with me!

Lindsay also shares her experiences and stories, giving a really personal touch to the course too. One of my favourites was her story about her Granny - you'll have to do the course if you want to know more... Fascinating and inspiring!

In short, I would absolutely recommend doing this course! I loved it and will be using the learnings, tools and resources to develop myself, my career and my business further.

I wasn't able to join the Aspire on the day due to unforeseen circumstances, however have listened back to 5 Things to Up Your Game since! Love, love, love it ... I have come away with so many things to think about 'every expert was once a beginner' and the learning ladder, some really insightful yet simple strategy's for networking using HELLO, putting ideas forward with IMPACT as well as some more useful tools for continuous development in role. Can't wait to join the next session
