Simply amazing! Ordered 2 sofas but looked like we wouldn't receive them until January due to the demand for sofas around Christmas.

Harry called us up and explained the situation but then called again a week later to explain they were going to get them shipped directly by hiring a local courier which would cost them extra but ment we got our sofas in the middle of December!

We are very grateful for the hard work and being kept informed at every step along the way even calling us up the day after delivery to check we were happy.

Top notch service and highly recommended.

Quite apart from the great choice of furniture on offer at this local store (and the fact that it's local is important to me), the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't recommend this store more.

I ordered a pre loved sofa and it was delivered within a week, this review is more about the service as I'd already viewed the sofa, the two guys who delivered the sofa were extremely helpful ( they moved my old sofa into the garden as I hadn't moved it and it was going to the tip ) it was raining extremely hard and they still managed to deliver excellent service and the job involved was over in 5 minutes, the delivery drivers were soaked through but still smiling and very polite .

Great service and great furniture. I nipped into the clearance store on Saturday and fell in love with a sofa that I knew would fit perfectly in my new room. David was very helpful and kindly let me show my husband around the shop to take a look at it after the shop had closed. In the end we purchased the beautiful sofa and an oak dining table and they were delivered safely on the following Friday. An all round great service by the sales and delivery teams. Thank you

Good quality furniture and a lot of it British made.
They have a wide selection of furniture and great prices.
Staff were all knowledgeable and polite.

We were looking and researching sofas and chairs for a good 2 years and finally decided on Parker Knoll. The fabric choices were difficult and I visited 3 other retailers stocking the range. I price compared and found Your Home in Newark was the best price in the area of South Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
I visited the showroom and was delighted with the help and advice that I received. The colours I chose were put on the computer for me to see and finally decide.
We placed our order and found the whole process fantastic from beginning to end. The delivery was unhurried and careful and the furniture was set up in the sitting room and fully tested.
It was discovered later that one of the chairs did not have a rechargeable battery which we had ordered - this was the fault of Parker Knoll - not the store.
The store took responsibility and effectively managed the replacement without a second thought and the communication and after sales has been commendable.
We will visit Your Home first in the future despite it being an hours journey for us. a superb experience - thank you !

Such wonderful friendly (not pushy) service, especially from the lovely Harry! We are so happy with our new furniture which arrived within a week! Our old suite was taken away for a small charge and given to charity, a great result all round!

David who is the Manager personally came out to my house to measure the room for the carpets and new bed etc. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. All of the new items purchased are fantastic and the comfortability of the bed is amazing.

He visited again once everything had been fitted to make sure it was all correct and we were happy.

Not being local to Your Home Furniture, this was my first purchase from them and it turned out to be an excellent experience from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the lead time, there was always someone there to pick up the phone if I had a query and without exception I found everyone very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Team knowledge good and all dealings accurate and courteous

Took time to show my elderly mum around the store for a suitable chair and mattress. The chap was pleasant, not pushy. She enjoyed the experience shopping here.
